**What do you like best about SS Ventures?**

Think of this platform like Deel but on steroids. You have a pool of vetted engineers where you can arrange interviews and hire in seconds. The platform works amazing for global payroll and has all contracts and everything built in. We have 5 SWE that are full time with us and we love how easy global compliance and payroll is through SS Ventures.

**What do you dislike about SS Ventures?**

I was having issues inviting team members to my dashboard - they fixed this bug, but it took about 5 days which was a bit annoying.

**What problems is SS Ventures solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiring and managing remote talent is usually hard and really risky. Managing compliance, logistics and payrolls can be time consuming. It is also very risky and you have little guarantees considering you are hiring from a different country. It usually is hit or miss. SS Ventures is really cool because it gives you instant vetted options that you can hire and manage all in one platform. It also provides a free week trial per engineer and 5 business days fast replacement on talent

**What do you like best about SS Ventures?**

The transparency and ease of use. You can search engineers that are certified into their system in seconds. Everything from hiring, managing and benefits the platform does it, all in one.

**What do you dislike about SS Ventures?**

Literally nothing, they saved my company! I got great talent at fraction of the cost and i am managing it through an easy to use web app.

Hiring and managing talent engineers.
