It's not as streamlined as you might expect. **What problems is Square Team Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** This allows us to keep tabs on who has access to our sales shop and who is doing what in the forms of sales tracking. This does make us more productive and each user having their own sign-in information is vital to our usage. ### 2. It’s really nice because things are broken down by your staff , time clocked in and out. POS is extremely important and it also tracks the beginning and end of a sale thst can be pulled up quickly. Some systems you have to put in a series of information to load the information. **What do you dislike about Square Team Management?** I think it’s inconvenient to charge the people who work for the business I think it’s the business whom should pay for the subscription especially if the members are only part time and work maybe 2 or 3 days out of the week. All if most software has a time when it becomes frozen/glitchy and can cause problems for all parties Involved. So being able to get in touch with the customer service shouldn’t be an issue , but can be at times . **What problems is Square Team Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s efficient and really easy to navigate around and teach. It is friendly to those whom are not really great with electronics which is important because there’s a group of people who don’t do well with the new age technology. Working through the process of editing time cards and seeing if there is a better way to get things done without using too many steps.
