I like that each team member can access only what you allow, this is based on level and or seniority with the company. It’s really nice because things are broken down by your staff , time clocked in and out. POS is extremely important and it also tracks the beginning and end of a sale thst can be pulled up quickly. I think it’s inconvenient to charge the people who work for the business I think it’s the business whom should pay for the subscription especially if the members are only part time and work maybe 2 or 3 days out of the week.

All if most software has a time when it becomes frozen/glitchy and can cause problems for all parties Involved. So being able to get in touch with the customer service shouldn’t be an issue , but can be at times . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
