What problems is SQL Diagnostic Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had implemented SQL based Warehouse Management system that unfortunately proven to have a problem with data contention and produced a lot of blocking and deadlocking in a database. Idera SQL DM was very helpful as we were able to set up easily readable, graphic, detailed alerts every time when blocking occurred and had it e-mailed to business analysts who could quickly help to resolve the issue at hand. Also, we were able to produce weekly reports that helped us identify what areas of application needed improvement and report it to a vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
