Idera SQL DM was very helpful as we were able to set up easily readable, graphic, detailed alerts every time when blocking occurred and had it e-mailed to business analysts who could quickly help to resolve the issue at hand. Also, we were able to produce weekly reports that helped us identify what areas of application needed improvement and report it to a vendor. ### 11.
