The standardization and lack of control over some internals is not for everyone. It's like Netflix, don't decide how exactly you want everything done up-front because that will likely be incompatible, but pick & choose from what's available to you. A lot of marketing tools are very similar and I have used many, but the difference for me is the amazing support that I have received from the Spotler team, from their online chat (real people), to my account manager who is always on hand to the webinar that are there to help.
