"Excellent solution for offsite team"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?

My team and I use Splashtop Business Access as a remote file sharing and backup solution. We can all access the host computer without issue and keep our files up to date via file transfer. It's a very reliable solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?

One recent change I don't care for is found in the file transfer window. I had come to rely on the contents of both lists to be the same size so I could quickly compare the lists. Recently, the size of the text is slightly smaller in the server side and I have a harder time comparing the contents of both my local computer and the remote server. "Easy Multi-User, Multi-Account Access Across Computers"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?

I like that our company can have multiple computers and multiple users. I also like that you are able to have access to other accounts without having to log out. I currently have 2 different companies that I work with and they both utilize splashtop and it makes it really easy to go back and forth between the two accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?

The only thing that I don't like is that you can only have a limited amount of users logged into a computer at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Reliable Remote Access with Splashtop Remote Access"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?

What I like best about Splashtop Remote Access is how easy and reliable it is. Setup was simple, and I was able to guide my client through their side of the process over the phone. I have had no problems connecting, the pricing is very reasonable, and the desktop app makes it easy to switch between my client’s computer and my own work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?

At this point, I haven’t encountered anything I dislike about Splashtop Remote Access. It has been reliable, easy to use, and has met my remote-access needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable Remote Access with Great Multi-PC Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?

I like 3 things, 1 it is affordable and the more licenses the more of a discount you get per license. 2, As our IT guy at our business being able to login to a co workers computer at the same time as them makes it easier to help them really quick or show them something. 3, the amount of PCs we are able to remote into is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?

Sometimes, things like shortcuts like holding control to zoom in or out stop working. But that could be a streamer being out of date I am unsure what causes it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick Setup and Seamless Multi-Screen Remote Access"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?

I use Splashtop Remote Access to keep visibility into my endpoint users and computers, update and patch endpoints, help users with their daily tasks, and access remote servers. It gives me the remote access I need for my fully remote job, and makes it easy to share files and screens, navigate endpoint environments when there’s a problem, and keep multiple remote sessions active. I like how quick it is to configure and how simple it is to use multiple screen setups and move between desktops. Setup saves me time: I can email users a link to set up a machine, and authentication is easy. It’s also less expensive than some other options we’ve used. I also like being able to create custom groups, quickly give individual users access to the desktops and endpoints they need, and maintain administrator access. Multiple users can access software on a remote server without installing it on every endpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?

Viewing remote desktops with different resolutions can be frustrating and connecting to headless remote PC's can sometimes give a black screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Remote Access and Support, Though File Transfers Are One-Way"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?

I like how easy Splashtop Remote Access is to use and customize. I can see all of our three or more monitors at once or split them across my home setup. File transfer makes it easy to upload quick fixes or debug files and solve problems more quickly. I can also access our office computers from home or when I’m far away, start renders, review work, and use local AI models. It lets me support clients around the world without traveling for most troubleshooting. Setup was extremely easy for me as an admin, and deploying it on new computers takes one click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?

The file transfer is only one way in my use case. I’d like to be able to download logs from the PC I’m troubleshooting, or download client files so I can view them full screen or feed them to AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Full Office Desktop Access Anywhere with Splashtop Remote Access"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?

I have access to everything, just as if I'm working at my desktop in the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?

There really isn't anything I don't like about using Splashtop Remote Access. I can print to my office printer or I can effortlessly move a file to the machine I'm using to access my files and then print to the location I'm working from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flawless Connections and Remote Printing That Just Works"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?

Connecting is a breeze. We have Gigabit fiber optics at both ends of our connection, but even when we are traveling and are not able to use Gigabit on the connection end, your software works flawlessly. We also really find that the remote printing option works very well. We just had to get used to choosing a second printer which happened very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?

Most likely the having to choose a second printer when printing. However, that being said, it is a small inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple to implement, simple to use."
4/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?

Splashtop is a quick and easy solution to accessing office workstations while out of the office. Getting it up and running is super simple, it allows access to multiple workstations across multiple users, and is accessible across multiple devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?

Splashtop is ultimately streamer - so you are going to get the downsides of "streaming" your workstation to an external device no matter how good it is. There is a slight delay/lag, and if you have a different number of monitors at work and on your remote device, switching between the different screens can be a pain. But for anything less than having a standalone workstation at your house, this is a pretty great solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Secure Remote Access for Client-Site Work"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?

I use Splashtop Remote Access to get into work at client locations that don’t have good internal IT infrastructure or support staff, so I can deploy my staff to work in their environments effectively. I find it really easy to manage, add and remove staff, and change the billing, and I like that it’s secure. It’s also really easy for end users to install at the client site, and I found the initial setup very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?

Everything works really well and is easy. The only thing I’d improve is the naming conventions for laptops or computers. It would be helpful if a naming prompt popped up when they’re added, so I can name them after the client right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
