The software is simple to use on any device, easy to customize, and works online. It’s affordable, flexible, and they quickly add new features when we ask. Customer service is great for our help. **What do you dislike about SphereWMS?** Some parts of the software are a bit tricky but make sure the data is right. Updates can be slow and a little confusing, but they always get the job done. The billing feature that lets us customize prices for each customer is a big plus. **What problems is SphereWMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The setup team really knew their stuff and gave us useful tips we had not thought of, which made us work better. The software helps us manage inventory, connect with other systems, and keep track of sales. In another words this system has made our work efficient and smooth. ### 2. There has also been a reduced time spent to look for the place to store or put the received stock. **What do you dislike about SphereWMS?** There are apparent limitations with SphereWMS in terms of reporting. Even for detailed examination of stock list I need to perform exports and use excel for findings. **What problems is SphereWMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** SphereWMS has done wonders to receiving operations of our organisation. This has enabled us to automate the receiving rules and processes and this has enabled us to save much time and eliminate mistakes. ### 3. This is not favourable for decision making especially in order fulfillment and purchasing because the data is not real time. **What problems is SphereWMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the help of SphereWMS, the time that is required for receiving has increased significantly. Operations such as put-away have been automated and this has left more time for staff to attend oral functions in the warehouse. ### 4. My warehouse team is benefited by the provided features of defining custom rules for product placement as per its size, weight, etc. **What do you dislike about SphereWMS?** I was not very impressed with the reporting functionality available in SphereWMS. It is difficult to identify the problems in the warehouse operation since there are no reports on picking accuracy or the cycle times. **What problems is SphereWMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** SphereWMS has been effective for the enhancement of receiving process in our organization.
