**What do you like best about Spare?**

The product support has been phenomenal and the product itself is easy to use, has a lot of power behind its sleek exterior, and passengers don't struggle to learn the interface!

**What do you dislike about Spare?**

Some features are not fleshed out as much as I would like to see, but that makes sense given that Spare is still fairly new. Nothing major though.

**What problems is Spare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're solving the issue of access to transit for folks, and making meaningful transit connections. Given our geographically limitations we're unable to serve a large portion of the population. Spare has made it easy for these people to get where they want to go, when they want to go.
