# Is there a PSA platform that is genuinely worth adopting for a 5 to 10 person services team or do they all assume you have a bigger operation?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">This is a question I had myself while researching, so I want to put it to the community. A lot of PSA tools clearly assume a bigger operation, so I went through <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/professional-services-automation">professional services automation</a> reviews from small-business users to find ones a 5 to 10 person team can adopt without regret. Here's what I'm hoping exists, and the four that fit best.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Ideally: affordable, quick to set up, and useful from day one without a big rollout or a dedicated admin.</p><ul>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/avaza/reviews"><strong>Avaza</strong></a> is described by small teams as easy to onboard and simpler than heavier tools, covering time tracking, invoicing and project work with client visibility that keeps billing clean.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/ruddr-professional-services-automation/reviews"><strong>Ruddr</strong></a> draws small-business praise for affordable pricing with a quick, clear return, free licenses for non-billable users and a QuickBooks Online sync that saves steps.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/productive/reviews"><strong>Productive</strong></a> shows up here too, with smaller shops valuing profitability and budget visibility in one place, though a couple note the breadth takes some time to fully adopt.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/bonsai/reviews"><strong>Bonsai</strong></a> leans toward freelancers and very small teams, consolidating proposals, contracts, time tracking and invoicing affordably, with reviewers flagging inconsistent support as the main downside.</li>

And did any feel like they were built for a 50-person firm and just scaled down uncomfortably?</p>

Avaza, Ruddr, Productive, Bonsai all came up when we were evaluating. Bonsai felt most honest about who it&#39;s actually for. The others are small-business friendly but you can tell they have one eye on the enterprise upsell.
