Integration of our organizations benefit solutions for tracking in HIPAA compliant Salesforce CRM. The availablility to create and develop interactions with plan participants within Salesforce for our staff and create reports for plan sponsors is key to our business model. With the assistance of SPTech we were able to create a unique system of benefits and activity reports to validate beneficiary interactions. We have a patent-pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on our business model. SP Tech has made the development of creative ideas for our business into reality with software design, communication tools, and intergration into our CRM, Salesforce.
