**What do you like best about SOTI Connect?**

It's UI, its ability to be able to push out updates to mobiles devices, share screen in even remote locations.

**What do you dislike about SOTI Connect?**

Doesn't work with Verizon Wireless Tablets and Phones, and functionality is not as great on PC support vs a product like TeamViewer

**What problems is SOTI Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to reliable connect and control mobile devices

**What do you like best about SOTI Connect?**

Easy to navigate,
Various inbuilt scripting editors to test the code in real time environment,
Best tool to remotely access all the peripheral devices for the client

**What do you dislike about SOTI Connect?**

I haven't seen anything to dislike, however, i can say that more features should be added to custom create some scripts or tools to help guide the end user

**What problems is SOTI Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform support various similar platform devices and has the ease of use to navigate and resolve problems of your clients.
