The printer was out of paper and there was nothing I could do about it. After a long time, they sent me an email saying: hey, you can buy papers yourself and refill the printer! - this after being charged exorbitantly for the service. What did I pay for then? Ink? Moreover, they did not have the option of printing on both sides of the page. This increases the amount you pay and destroys the environment even further - something they claim to care about. The convince is hard to beat. I work remotely, and the experience of going into a friendly coffee shop beats the smelly chaos of a Staples or a UPS store. I love print with me because there are multiple locations around the city I can print. Even if I'm on the go running errands and I realized I need something, it's no problem.
