## Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) Reviews
  ### 1. Best print management software we have found

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David L. | LAN/WAN Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

The biggest thing we love is the ease of use for the technology side and for the end user. It is intuative for the end user to find the printer they want and to install it. It is easy for the tech team to setup printers and get them rolled out quickly. The customer service has always been great and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

There isn't anything we dislike except that it isn't cheap. You get what you pay for, but it may be on the higher end of products in this area.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using Microsoft printing and to get Azure devices to connect to a printer was a pain and we had a hard time doing any management of printers and drivers. This solved all of these problems and got rid of 10 print servers we had running. It has opened up a lot of features we just didn't have before.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> We appreciate your review, David. It is always our goal to make the experience easy to use, and we are very happy to hear we are helping your team!

  ### 2. PrinterLogic (Vasion Print) Simply Works—An Easy Print Management Win

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott Y. | Helpdesk Technician I, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Print servers have always been a headache. PrinterLogic (Vasion Print) was the opposite experience—It simply works. If you’re evaluating print management solutions, PrinterLogic is an easy recommendation.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Too many options is infrequently a bad thing, but there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to managing the printers. After the first few that were added though, I had it figured out!

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Vasion Print, printing was one of our most persistent IT pain points. We were relying on traditional print servers, which meant constant driver issues, stalled queues, and user tickets every time someone moved desks, worked from another location, or a server hiccupped. Printing changes—something users expect to “just work”—were consuming a disproportionate amount of IT time.

Vasion Print solved that by removing the print server dependency entirely. Once we deployed it, printer management became centralized and predictable instead of reactive. Users could install the printers they needed without IT involvement, and printer availability followed them rather than being tied to a specific server or device. From an IT perspective, we went from babysitting print infrastructure to essentially forgetting about it.

The biggest benefit has been stability and time savings. After the initial setup, printing stopped generating noise—fewer tickets, fewer outages, and fewer emergency fixes. That freed our team up to focus on higher‑value work instead of troubleshooting something as basic as printing. In short, Vasion Print eliminated a chronic operational headache and gave us a print environment that simply works.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for the review, Scott! We love hearing that it just works, especially when eliminating print servers.

  ### 3. PrinterLogic - Literally Couldn't be Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nik H. | Site Reliability Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Print servers suck, that's no hot take. I literally installed PrinterLogic, took an hour to set it up, and I haven't touched it since. It just works. It's beautiful! The implementation was as simple as deploying the agent post-setup and testing, and if I needed any help along the way their support was there to help with direct emails. Seriously - if you're considering it, get PrinterLogic. You won't regret it.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

The only thing I dislike about PrinterLogic is that I didn't know about it sooner. Perhaps their marketing could've been better? Not sure, I just wish I would've had this a while ago.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PrinterLogic eliminates our Print Server(s) and without any additional steps for our clients. They don't even know that they are printing to the cloud, they just hit Print.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> This is the type of review we live for! Thank you Nik for taking the time to write it. We are doing more and more to get the word out that Vasion Print, as part of our Intelligent Print Automation platform, will make print management so much easier and more effective.

  ### 4. Reduced our printer tickets by 90% and made installs easy!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

We just started rolling out the system to our users, but from an IT view this is SO much easier, cleaner and faster than trying to get printers and drivers out to staff using our MDM solution. I don't have to build a separate package for each printer and upload it to the MDM, then push it out. I only have to upload/configure the driver(s) once per printer type and not for each individual printer. So, when adding a new printer, I can just select the driver that I've already uploaded from a drop down menu and apply it. Bonus that I only have to update that driver in one location too (admin panel), and it distributes to all the clients.

Another great feature is the ability to hide printers that are at other locations based on the user's IP address. They can travel to different locations and only see/install printers at that location. It's also nice that the users can only install the printers they are going to use and not have to sort through a list of printers that have been automatically installed that they will never use. I've also setup an auto-install for roaming users with the assistance of Jamf. Essentially, it's set up so that when a user enters a new building, Jamf sees an IP change and calls the "refresh printers" function. Because they are configured by location IP, those printers are installed, then uninstalled when they leave the building.

It also helps that I can upload a map of the building and drop the printers onto it so the users can see exactly where a certain printer is and install it right from the map. The printer icons can show whether it is a color or black and white which helps users as well.

The reporting function is quite detailed and is allowing us to "cut" out a separate system for logging print usage.

The instructions are easy to follow for setting up Azure/Entra. I'd never linked an Enterprise application before and the documentation made it very easy to do so that I could provision users and groups.

Vaison assisted us with the initial setup and offered excellent support during the trial phase. Post trial support has been quick to respond as well.

Overall, we are very happy with PrinterLogic!

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

The biggest challenge that I am having is remembering where to go in order to configure certain things. We deployed the client through our MDM, but there is still a little interaction needed by the user to complete setup, which can be difficult for some users.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PrinterLogic has allowed us to decommission over a dozen individual print servers, a separate reporting system, as well as eliminating the need for individual printer setup in out MDM. Since moving to Vaison Print, we have eliminated 90% of our printer tickets.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> Hi there,
Thanks for the awesome review! We're glad you're happy with PrinterLogic, but also good to hear the setup documentation made it easy to get started. We're glad you've reached out to our support team when you needed assistance and that they've been helpful and responsive. I'd encourage you to reach out to them about the toner alert emails you mentioned. Appreciate the review and you!

  ### 5. Effortless Printer Management Across Multiple Locations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ara H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

I like that Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) is easy to set up and use, which has minimized helpdesk calls. It's especially useful for our users who move from location to location, as they can print easily without needing IT support to set up new printers at each site. This is a huge benefit considering we have over 130 locations. The migration from a regular print server model wasn't hard either, and the initial setup process was made easier with support from their implementation support team.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Getting support for ARM processors took some time to get and it prevented our traveling users from being able to print since they use ARM processor laptops.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vasion Print allows our users to print easily without adding printers when moving locations. It's easy to set up and minimizes helpdesk calls since IT doesn't need to set up users at each site.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for the detailed review, Ara. Helping organizations with many locations is something we take pride in, and we are very happy to hear it is working so well.

  ### 6. Robust Cloud Based Print Management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam S. | IT Service Desk Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Vasion Print offers us some secure print functionality in partnership with our copiers we have installed. This process works throughout the organization pretty well.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Support responses are very slow. They often do not seem to understand the issues we present to them. It is lacking and needs improvement quickly.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The overall functionality and the ability to manage printers from a centralized location make PrinterLogic a valuable tool for organizations looking to modernize their printing infrastructure. It is also benefiting us by keeping printing secured through PIN entry on the copiers when the prints need to take place.

**Official Response from Tammy Atkins:**

> Hi Adam,
Thanks for the nice review. We're glad you think PrinterLogic is a robust, valuable tool that simplifies your printer management. We'll pass along your feedback about the Mac depIoyment process -- thanks for that feedback. If you need assistance from our award-winning support team, please reach out.

  ### 7. Modernized Printing and Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pat F. | Infrastructure Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

PrinterLogic is extremely flexible when it comes to a mobile workforce. We auto deploy printers based on which a user is on at any given time. This removes the need for the user to go out and manually map the printer they need at that site.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Version 4 drivers from printer vendors are increasing in numbers but still not supported by Vasion. I know this is out of their control, but it will need to be addressed sooner or later.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple print servers in different regions. PrinterLogic has helped us to consolidate all of our print servers into this product, easing administration and assignments of printers.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Eliminating print servers is what we are known for, and we continue to build on that with our Intelligent Print Automation platform. Thank you for the honest feedback; we will use it to continue to make things easy and effective to use.

  ### 8. Simple, configurable cloud printer configuration repository

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

The ability to selectively deploy printers (or specific configurations) to specified users, computers, groups, or IP ranges is useful for minimizing setup of new computers without interrupting users.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Occasionally it will fail to "take over" installed printers on first setup, especially if they were installed using WSD ports rather than TCP/IP

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vasion Print solves the issue of standardizing printer settings and names across the board by allowing adminstrators to set sane defaults and the service automatically refreshing the names and configs for printers. Previously, users were manually installing printers and giving them all sorts of names that made things confusing for IT staff and wacky configurations that wasted paper and ink.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> We appreciate your review! Thank you for sharing the pros and the cons. It always makes us excited to hear that we are making things easy for end users.

  ### 9. Effortless Printer Management and Scalability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel B. | IT Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

This product is very easily scalable and can very effectively manage all our printers and print drivers in one area without issue. Also the ability to control all client versions or even Identity Management control.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

There have been a few recurring issues with Printers going offline for no reason, either by loss of communication to the Service Client machine or their API services, this however has not been happening as often which is why I only removed 1 Star. There was also a time where they were having a lot of back end service outages for a time which made us reconsider renewing their service contract. This of course has now stopped and have only had a few issues very rarely.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to remotely manage Printers from a cloud environment.

**Official Response from Amanda Derrick:**

> Thank you so much for your candid review, Daniel! I'm so glad that your overall experience has been positive. Please reach out if you hit any issues, our team is happy to help get them resolved. Cheers!

  ### 10. Easy Printer Discovery and Driver Installs Made Simple

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin S. | IT Support 1, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Ease of use; know where printers are located in a location & able to install software/drivers for them easily.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Sometimes when using it it'll ask for a code that no one has so you have to manaully add the printer

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue of installing drivers, being able to have multiple printers on your computer + see the jobs in queue

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for the response, Austin. We appreciate the honest feedback, and we will continue to work on improving the experience.

  ### 11. Streamlined Printer Management Without a Dedicated Print Server

Nothing, other than a slight learning curve on advanced printer configuration settings.

Removing the need for multiple print servers for each of our 4 locations. Allowing users to manage their own printers without administrator access required.

**Official Response from Jennifer Gardner:**

  ### 12. Very quick printer deployment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elias J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

I haven't used any of the new features as they are not required for me.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

The previously mentioned error has not been an issue and I don't see anything personally that needs improved at this time.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have employees move around locations and constantly call support to install printers for each site they go to, but this also causes clutter of old printers.

**Official Response from Jennifer Gardner:**

> Elias, thank you for sharing your feedback in this review. We're pleased to hear that deployment was super easy.

Deploying printers and allowing users to add their own printer on the fly.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

  ### 18. A Great Set It And Forget It Product

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

PrinterLogic continues to work well for us, but I do have a few caveats that they can hopefully resolve sooner than later.

We had a slew of new laptops that came in that we ordered with Snapdragon Processors. We could not get to Printerlogic to work, and reached out to them for assistance.

They advised they do not support these processors and there was no workaround.

They did state they are working on a fix, but we had to box up and send back a slew of laptops because of this. A bit crazy that they don't support all processors for their software.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Release a fix to allow Snapdragon processors to be able to be used with Printerlogic. Tech I spoke to advised the fix COULD be in the fall, but no guarantees and could be much longer than that. We simply couldn't wait that long while having users without the ability to print.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves our problems with admin-less printer installs and queue configuration in a centralized, easy to manage area.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for sharing how we are making things easier for you and your team!

  ### 22. Changed a great product into a mediocre product.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim W. | Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

We actually moved away from it to a different product. The pricing continued to rise and the performance did not match the increases.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Go back to your roots and remind yourself of why you were useful. A good product at a reasonable price.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, none as we cannot even login to the product we ran for over a decade. We require a print server for other products we maintain and Printerlogic removed themselves from our systems.

**Official Response from Amanda Derrick:**

> Hi Jim! We appreciate you taking the time to provide updated feedback.

Improving and innovating our Vasion Print product is still a very high priority for us. Our recent updates are designed to add value and drive efficiency while keeping security in mind. I hope you'll reach out if any of the latest updates would help your team.

  ### 23. Its productive for invoice billing and contracts printing?

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Swastika E. | Office Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

For our billing departments vasion print has worked greatly. We could able to manage better workflow without needing print servers. It was very dramatic shift from needing it support for managing and setting up printers, now it becomes easier . This feature is favourite of mine.It is managed ip to ip so there was ni confusion while working with it.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

I found no problem with the platform, our devices work perfectly fine.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Design and working wise vasion print is easy to use and helpful for printing bills and invoices for our company . It is end to end ip managed , and we didn't find any problems when even working with complex teams and management. It cut down device cost significantly.

  ### 24. Effective resource allocation for printing needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabrice A. | Facilities Resource Coordinator, Printing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

My favorite part of Vasion Print is how it enables employees who need to print, to do so without bottlenecking the printer. Setting themselves up fast ensures that the workflow stays smooth. The other advantage is insights into printer usage, this has allowed us to redistribute devices to demand more accurately. This also fits into our sustainability goals, because there hasn’t been paper waste to track and we’ve been able to reduce toner consumption with more smart choices.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Vasion Print has one loop hole in it and that’s that updates are not very frequent, sometimes you have to wait longer than you would expect for new improvements or bugfixes. However, its reporting options are quite basic, so the deep analysis of trends over time is very low. And we’ve had trouble making it sufficiently scale to our organization’s size, some setups getting more manual adjustment than we expected. But these gaps make it difficult to wring out the fullest extent of software benefits in a larger business environment.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a solution preventing employees from connecting to the wrong printers, Vasion Print has helped to solve problems. It sets everything up but efficiently and ensures that there are no delays at getting started. Its usage tracking have also allowed us to put more resources on optimizing how we spend the resources, as a result of cutting the cost. That’s another bonus, because it has helped us learn and replace older, less efficient devices, which also means less unnecessary waste and being green.

  ### 25. Very useful product for centralizing and coordinating printer drivers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce C. | Senior Systems Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

This is a very easy product to use and was quite straightforward to install and configure. We currently use the printer driver repository function the most heavily as end users in our academic departments access it pretty much every day. It was very easy to load on our endpoints and simplifies the process of getting the proper enterprise printers set up on departmental computers. Their customer support has been very helpful on the few occasions that we have needed to contact them. We currently are in conversation with Vasion about expanding the use of PrinterLogic/Vasion Print and have discussed various ways that it could be integrated with other printing support functions. They have been very interested in our use cases and ideas for building out the features in the product. We are very happy with the product and with the Vasion support and sales teams.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

The only thing I dislike about PrinterLogic/Vasion Print is something that we brought upon ourselves. We gave too many people access to edit the collection of drivers, and thus ended up with a bunch of duplicates and old drivers that never get updated because the person who created them is no longer in the support position that they were in when they created it. We are in the process of cleaning this up and optimizing the collection in general for better centralized support. We have a fleet of printers through Canon, so there are not that many different models that we have to deal with, just a lot of printers in a lot of locations.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PrinterLogic/Vasion Print takes a lot of end user consulting time out of the picture by automating the printer setup process. This frees up departmental as well as core consultants and engineers for more technical or enterprise oriented project work.

  ### 26. Efficient printer setup and maintenance for teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amelia R. | Design print services director, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

With Vasion Print, we simply have a centralized platform to manage all our printers remotely. The thing that really pops out to me is that it's able to figure out printers and automatically configure them without having to have onsite support. We have saved a lot of time with this, mostly for new printer installs or updates. And because it plugs in our network, we know all the configurations aren’t going to change anything so we only have to troubleshoot less and our deployment time goes down.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

That’s the only disadvantage I found when using Vasion Print, and that is that the setup takes a really long time. On the one hand the software is quite powerful, on the other hand the plethora of features and options makes it challenging for a user with no previous experience on the software to quickly get up to speed and perform the analysis. Secondly, the design of the interface is not very well arranged and many a times some of the specific settings get lost in the crowd.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the major concern, which bothers most of the organizations and office today are the decentralized management of printers, Vasion Print has solved. Though it is not a major revoluntion, before we had used the program, we had to manually configure every new printer and troubleshoot with IT support. While before, printers need physical installation and configuration, users are capable of solving problems on their own through the website. This has minimize information technology to a very large extent and make the process very much easier.

  ### 27. A Printing solution that saves time and reduce IT headaches

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ava L. | IT Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

We operates in a multi office environment with remote employees, before implementing Vasion Print, print management was a nightmare. Every time an employee changed location or needed access to a new printer, IT has to manually map printers.
After switching to Vasion Print, things changed drastically. Employees could add and remove printers on their own without calling IT. This simple change eliminated a huge chunk of our print related support tickets.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Some of our employees uses Citrix-based virtual desktop and they experienced delays in printing mapping. Some it required additional scripting to optimise performance.

Since Vasion Print eleiminates print servers, we had to find workarounds for older software that was hardcoded to use traditional print queues.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Employees can install printers themselves in just few clicks.
2. Fewer printer related IT support request.
3. A smoother experience for remote workers.
4. Increased security with Secure Release Printing.

  ### 28. We love it!!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kane W. | Workplace Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

What I like best about it is its ability to simplify complex printing environments while offering a seamless, user-friendly experience. The cloud-based approach makes managing printers and print jobs effortless across multiple devices and locations, and its powerful analytics provide valuable insights into usage and performance. Overall, it significantly reduces the administrative burden, enhances productivity, and improves cost control—without sacrificing ease of use

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Some users struggle with the print queue but thats more of a "us" problem.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves a bunch of printer-related problems. It lets us manage all our printers in one place, so no more dealing with complicated print servers or installing drivers on every computer. It also helps us track and cut down on print costs, and the secure print release feature makes sure sensitive documents don’t get left out in the open. Plus, it’s easy for users to add or remove printers on their own, which saves time for our IT team. Overall, it makes everything run smoother and saves us a lot of hassle.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for the review, Kane. We work very hard to help create an easy-to-use experience, and it is wonderful to hear that we are doing that for you and your team!

  ### 29. Great for simple setups, advanced configuration has some hiccupes.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam C. | Infrastructure Strategic Initiatives Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Simple and easy to use portal that is intuitive and user friendly. Their migration tool works well and when combined with the agent, makes migration of large amounts of printers a breeze. At locations without secure and follow me printing, installation was quick. We eventually resolved the issues with Secure and FMP, but the configuration was far more complex than expected. The technical sales team very quickly disengaged after our purchase.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Secure and FollowMe Printing has been a giant challenge to set up and configure. Vasion support is slow to respond and must do most tracking and ticketing over email, which is not ideal for speedy resolution.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary driver was to eliminate our on premise print servers to aid in our cloud migratations. User experience and support with printers was an additional driver that took management away from higher level admins with server access and we can allow local facilities to manage their own devices fully.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> We appreciate the review, Sam. We look forward to hearing both the pros and the cons, and we will take this feedback back to our teams so we can learn. We are happy to hear that our product has helped make migration simple.

  ### 30. Good solution, saves a lot of time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Szczepan C. | IT Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Vasion Print removes the need for manual installation of printers, and equips you with database of your printers segregated as you wish, which is very helpful when you need to deploy large number of new users / printers / install new computers due to lifecycle in your company. If you have only a handful of printers, you configure it once and it just works, remote printing is also a nice bonus.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Creating / editing printer profiles is a bit laggy, but that might just be my network.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At my previous company where we didn't have any solution for printers (was also a large scale operation), I used to install all printers, drivers etc. manually, which made it a huge headache with large numbers of printers and employees coming and going away. When user is able to install new printers with a few clicks - it saves a lot of time.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> "It just works" is the best thing we can hear! We appreciate you leaving this review, Szczepan.

  ### 31. PrinterLogic makes Installing, Managing, Updating and pretty much everything easier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd O. | IT Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

One of the simplest things with PrinterLogic is that users can easily identify and self-install printers. This puts the power in the hands of the users to add/remove/update printers as needed without IT support!
Overall, PrinterLogic was easy to implement withing our environment. The toughest part was locating or creating the maps of our various locations to plot the printers on so users can simply look at approximately where they are located to the nearest printers.
We are about to migrate printers to a new IP scheme for the VLAN they are assigned to, this will make it seamless for the users. No need to remote in and update printers manually.
Another HUGE plus is that PrinterLogic makes the elimination of traditional Print Servers simple!

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

While it is not neccessarily a ding against PrinterLogic, but locating importable drivers can sometimes be a pain for the smaller printers out there. Would be great if PrinterLogic could maintain a list of drivers for most common business class printers/MFP's. But I do realize this would be difficult to implement and maintain.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PrinterLogic has assisted us in transitioning away from Print Servers and to put the burden of installing, maintaining and updating of printers on the user.
Another major issue was when printer IP's or configurations needed to be changed and pushing these out.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> We're thrilled to hear that PrinterLogic has made printer management easier for you and your users! Our goal is to empower users to self-install printers and simplify the process of managing and updating printers. We appreciate your feedback about the driver availability. I'll share that with the appropriate team, and we'll continue to work on improving the product and processes.

  ### 32. An innovative solution for complex printing needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amelia N. | Internal communications lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

The feature that stood out was Vasion Print's, ability to assign printer to specific workflows. Our operation team relies on daily printing of shipping labels and inventory reports for warehouse management. With Vasion Print, we ensure seamless access to printers and avoid delays in generating time sensitive documents. The serverless architecture also reduces hardware dependencies, making the maintenance easier for our IT department. .

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

During the set up, we faced an issue with assigning priority to certain jobs. I personally connected with the customer support team and they provided a comprehensive guide and easily resolve our issue. They not only our issue but also do follow-ups to ensure that everything worked as expected.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our finance department requires secure and control printing for monthly financial reports. After Vasion Print implementation our finance team were able to collaborate effectively, ensuring that all printers were configured securely. The finance team can now focus on meeting their deadlines. The seamless integration of secure printing into their workflow reduced error and delays.

  ### 33. A new era of print management

**Reviewed by:** Olivier L. | Mobile Solutions Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Our HR department needed a reliable way to manage bulk printing of employees contract and onboarding materials. We used Vasion Print's centralised printer deployment feature to ensure all of our HR staff had access to the require printers without any issues. Deploying Vasion Print is very easy as manual steps were eliminated, saving time for both IT and HR team.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Our IT department implemented Vasion Print to manage printer across multiple remote offices. While software performed well overall, integration with some third-party tools we used for monitoring office workflows was limited.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During a major internal audit, our finance team needed a way to print sensitive financial reports, securely. Using Vasion Print's secure release printing, we ensured that only authorised user could access these document at the printer. This has enhanced document security and reduced the risk of sensitive information exposure. Vasion Print has also reduced IT interventions as the team could easily manage print job themselves.

  ### 34. PrinterLogic - the king of printer deployment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake F. | IT Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Working for a construction company this is ideal. We use the deployment tool on every site as when someone connects to the specfic IP range the printer is automatically deployed and is set as the staff's default printer. (This can be changed if need be).

The Admin portal is sleek and easy to use along with the staff portal where they can select any printer thats been pre-approved to them.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

We have had some issues with deployment of printers but working with support we have been able to get this resolved.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Printerlogic is savign alot of time by adding printers to over 250 members of staff within our company when on the correct I.P range.

Along with this they have solved the issue of secure release in each of our regional offices. The support provided by them when getting this feature setup has been great.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> This is a fantastic example of helping a specific industry with unique working requirements. Thank you for your review, Jake!

  ### 35. End User Simplicity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devon L. | IT Operations Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

The best part of the product is the end user simplicity. Users are now able to click a button and then see every printer listed available and just click to add. This is a lot more efficient than using a traditional Microsoft print server.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

The driver repository I think could be improved. If drivers for models are pre-loaded, or links to be added to help find and easily install, this could help administrators a lot.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The issue that has been resolved is end user ease of access. Previously, users would have to know the print server name and url along with the printer name and go through all these steps to connect to a printer. Now, this all goes away! They are easily able to see the name of the printer and the description/location of the printer after just 1 click into the portal!

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for your review, Devon! It is great to hear that we are helping make an easy end-user experience!

**Reviewed by:** Nate B. | IT Systems Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Easy to follow instructions, both for IT Staff and End Users. Any user can click the tray icon and quickly drill down to find the printer they're needing to add - no need to search Windows settings, browse clunky directories that take forever to load. Integration and deployment were easy and painless and it's used every day by our users. Support has been great with us, and our internal support documentation is easy for users to follow.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

I honestly can't think of anything I'd want to see further development of.

**What problems is Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gone are the days of worrying about drivers, or having to remote-in to install printers for users, or trying to step-by-step them through it, themselves. Documentation is brief and the platform (for end-users) is very intuitive anyway. It's freed up so much time for our HelpDesk staff.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> This is great to hear, thank you Nate! We are always working to help our customers create an easy-to-use print experience for both administrators and users, and we appreciate you sharing how Vasion Print is working for you.

I use this software daily, and it's extremely easy to implement. It has all the features we need to be able to manage our printers remotely, without print servers or requiring a tech on-site.

I can't speak on the Customer Support, since I have never had to contact them, but that's probably the best compliment I can pay for any platform or service.

**What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?**

Honestly can't think of any downsides or dislikes.

Vaison Print does a great job of simplifying the task of printer management and provisioning. Having all print jobs run through a print server in our datacenter made printing at branch locations extremely inefficeint.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for the review, Adir. The points you have made are exactly what we work hard to accomplish with our customers, and it is wonderful to hear that we are achieving that goal!
