I appreciate how incredibly flexible SoftTime Online is. Since it's a system separate from our HRIS system, it's effortless to make any necessary adjustments, even in the past. Making corrections for past dated events is very cumbersome or even impossible in systems tied to payroll. It is completely customizeable, from the company setup to the employee setup, views and functionality. The robust report writer is very easy to use as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it were a bit more intuitive. The way I describe it is "Effortless to use once you learn how to use it". It's not a system most people can open up and figure out on their own.
