**What do you like best about Social Spiral?**

Social Spiral can be used in any device i.e mobile, tablet etc. 

It is applicable in both ios and android.

There are so many features in social spiral tool i.e it provides electronic coupons, very accessible, ser up is too quick.

The customer service is good.

**What do you dislike about Social Spiral?**

There is some glitch in the software while we are sending message to someone. Overall the tool is worth buying for.

**What problems is Social Spiral solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our customers to track each & everything. We are running so many campaigns through the help of this tool.
