What do you like best about SNAP360?

What do you dislike about SNAP360?

What do you like best about SNAP360?

Ultra-easy interface: in less than 5 taps I adjust speed, effects, and music without the need for endless tutorials.

Full compatibility: it works just as well on Android as on iPhone, so I don't have to buy extra hardware.

Automatic start by motion sensor: I place the platform arm and the app detects when to start recording; pure "plug & play."

Express sharing: QR, AirDrop, email, or WhatsApp... in seconds the video lands on the guest's phone ready for Instagram Reels or TikTok.

24/7 support in Spanish: I resolve any doubts by email in record time.

What do you dislike about SNAP360?

The maximum recording duration is 10 seconds (which ends up being an edited video of about 20 seconds). It works, but sometimes my clients ask for longer clips, and I have to explain the limitation to them. I also miss having an internal bank of music and overlays; today I have to load them manually on the phone. I know the Snap360 team is already working on expanding both points, so it's not a deal-breaker, just a desirable improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
