
The most useful and friendly feature of using this service is low budget and low cost with arguably better or upto par with high cost solutions like sybrid in middle East etc. In my opinion this should be adopted more than sybrid but in middle east (including pakistan) big companies usually are managed by sybrid portal and smtp service. In my perspective The customer support needs to improve and resolve the matter quickly and able to distinguish whether the problem is of L1 or L3 and not waste the support teams time. My suggestion to improve this would be to provide further training to their staff and also the organisation that is buying the service so we can troubleshoot basic problems ourselves.
