# Which conversational marketing software is rated highest for turning website traffic into booked meetings?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hey G2 reviewers, quick one, and I will answer my own question first with live numbers. Among the platforms buyers compare for turning website traffic into booked meetings, the highest rated<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/conversational-marketing"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/conversational-marketing">conversational marketing</a> software on G2 reviews is<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/qualified/reviews"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/qualified/reviews"><strong>Qualified</strong></a> at 4.9 stars (1,545+ reviews), ahead of<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/fin/reviews"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/fin/reviews"><strong>Fin</strong></a> by Intercom (4.5, 3,900+),<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/drift/reviews"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/drift/reviews"><strong>Drift</strong></a> (4.4, 1,255+), and<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/hubspot-marketing-hub/reviews"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/hubspot-marketing-hub/reviews"><strong>HubSpot Marketing Hub</strong></a> (4.4, 14,930+). What I want from this thread is the context those numbers cannot give.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Because the rating is one thing and the meeting-booking motion is another:</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/qualified/reviews"><strong>Qualified</strong></a> (4.9, 1,545+): the meetings-from-pipeline specialist, with the group's top Sales Conversion feature rating at 95%. Built around reps engaging target accounts in real time, so it assumes a staffed sales motion.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/fin/reviews"><strong>Fin</strong></a> (4.5, 3,900+): Intercom's agent books meetings as a byproduct of resolving questions well. Strong when your traffic arrives with support questions that hide buying intent.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/drift/reviews"><strong>Drift</strong></a> (4.4, 1,255+): wrote the original chat-to-calendar playbook and still runs it, now as part of Salesloft. Sales Conversion rates 87% on G2's feature data.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/hubspot-marketing-hub/reviews"><strong>HubSpot Marketing Hub</strong></a> (4.4, 14,930+): meeting links and routing live inside the CRM you may already run. Its Sales Conversion rating is 84%, and the path from chat to calendar is the shortest if HubSpot already holds your contacts.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Now the part I cannot get from ratings: does the answer change when nobody is staffing chat live? For lean teams relying on the AI to book meetings after hours, which of these actually fills calendars, and which just fills the CRM with half-qualified contacts?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

&lt;p&gt;For lean teams, I’d separate “meeting booked” from “meeting worth taking.” The stronger platform is the one that can qualify intent, enforce routing rules, and book accurately after hours without creating a cleanup queue of low-fit meetings for sales the next morning.&lt;/p&gt;
