There are even multiple interfaces (table, tree, etc) so you can use the format that suits best. The onboarding traing and customer service has been incredible. **What do you dislike about SMARTS Decision Management Platform?** Something we considered carefully when buying SMARTS was that it is provided by a company that is newer and smaller than its competitors. We were apprehensive about this, but the Sparkling Logic team went the extra mile during our RFP process and we came to feel like they were partnering with us (rather than us just buying as a customer). **What problems is SMARTS Decision Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are trying to bring the authoring and maintenance of decision logic back under the control of people who know our business best, rather than those people communicating their knowledge to be implemented by our IT team. SMARTS lets our business analysts author decisions efficiently and removes a whole layer of the process when rules have to be implemented or changed! ### 2.
