"Best analytics and fantastic customer support"

What do you like best about Smartfluence?

The filtering tools are great for finding the influencers and creators we want to partner with. I also think their influencer statistics are amazing. The PR firm I work with was dipping its toes in influencer marketing, and they were using IZEA. They picked four high-quality influencers that cost an arm and a leg, but the potential impression count was impressive. However, after double-checking all of the so-called influencers on the Smartfluence platform, I learned that almost a lot of them had questionable/manipulated follower counts and engagement rates. IZEA didn't even reveal that to our PR team at all. That is one example of Smartfluence saving me a boatload of money on fake influencers :)

What do you dislike about Smartfluence?

Some automation and monitoring functionality would be helpful for me. The company just got funded in 2022, so they are ramping up. I think they could use more developers to speed up the product roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartfluence solving and how is that benefiting you?

1st and foremost, they help me filter the content creator landscape for influencers that I think will help us achieve our marketing and sales goals. They provide objective data-based decision-making tools and analytics. And once a partner is identified, Smartfluence assists in collaboration's messaging and operational sides. I wish the post analytics feature worked so I can also be able to see how the content partners have created is actually being engaged with. What do you like best about Smartfluence?

Smartfluence helped our agency find influencers for our Med Spa clients with ease. Usually we run into situations where influencers would reach out requesting free services in exchange for promotion. Prior to using Smartfluence, we were throwing darts and hoping those influencers would perform. What problems is Smartfluence solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’re able to find highly targeted influencers while making sure they’re real, and making sure they’re actually worth the money. Particularly in our clients’ niche it’s very easy to fall victim to fake influencers. Additionally, services are priced high, so even if we are comping an influencer instead of paying cash, there’s a ton of value being given, so it’s critical to make sure the influencers used are top tier. "Stop wasting time with other platforms and start using Smartfluence now!"

What do you like best about Smartfluence?

The level of data I'm able to go through with Smartfluence is way deeper than anything I've used in the past. I've used other platforms at my previous employer that were able to help us find influencers and reach out to them but none really allowed us to see insights as deeply. The coolest feature is definitely the brand affinity segment where we can find influencers whose audiences follow similar brands, so we know whether they're really a good fit or not. What do you dislike about Smartfluence?

I wish Smartfluence had TikTok and YouTube in their search. Their Instagram search is great, but we're starting to see more action on other platforms and it'd be great if we were able to search for those influencers too, not just download reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our products are high ticket items so we have to be very picky with which influencers we use, since most people's audiences can't easily purchase our inventory. Smartfluence has allowed us to find genuine influencers with strong affinities for brands we carry, so we are able to get targeted traffic to our website that isn't just filled with window shoppers.
