I also think their influencer statistics are amazing. The PR firm I work with was dipping its toes in influencer marketing, and they were using IZEA. They picked four high-quality influencers that cost an arm and a leg, but the potential impression count was impressive. However, after double-checking all of the so-called influencers on the Smartfluence platform, I learned that almost a lot of them had questionable/manipulated follower counts and engagement rates. IZEA didn't even reveal that to our PR team at all. That is one example of Smartfluence saving me a boatload of money on fake influencers :) I also think the responsiveness to any questions or concerns I bump into is impressive. **What do you dislike about Smartfluence?** Some automation and monitoring functionality would be helpful for me. The company just got funded in 2022, so they are ramping up. I've used other platforms at my previous employer that were able to help us find influencers and reach out to them but none really allowed us to see insights as deeply. The coolest feature is definitely the brand affinity segment where we can find influencers whose audiences follow similar brands, so we know whether they're really a good fit or not. **What do you dislike about Smartfluence?** I wish Smartfluence had TikTok and YouTube in their search. Their Instagram search is great, but we're starting to see more action on other platforms and it'd be great if we were able to search for those influencers too, not just download reports. **Recommendations to others considering Smartfluence:** Definitely get a demo to see all their features. I was able to reach out to many influencers and manage my relationship with them. There were also very sophisticated audience analytics that helped us target very niche specific audiences which we needed to market our product. A+++ on their audience analytics. **What do you dislike about Smartfluence?** It would have been nice to have a method for bulk bidding multiple influencers at once. Also some form of built in chat would have been useful when we wanted to ask questions to the team.
