The filtering tools are great for finding the influencers and creators we want to partner with. I also think their influencer statistics are amazing. The PR firm I work with was dipping its toes in influencer marketing, and they were using IZEA. They picked four high-quality influencers that cost an arm and a leg, but the potential impression count was impressive. However, after double-checking all of the so-called influencers on the Smartfluence platform, I learned that almost a lot of them had questionable/manipulated follower counts and engagement rates. IZEA didn't even reveal that to our PR team at all. That is one example of Smartfluence saving me a boatload of money on fake influencers :) I also think the responsiveness to any questions or concerns I bump into is impressive.
