Great customer service and account management. A better review management process than most other players in the field - they're actually fair. Not owned by some large conglomerate that will continue to jack up prices every year while adding features you don't need.

What i used to dislike, they've addressed, so not much to dislike at this point.

**What do you like best about SmartCustomer?**

When we initially started working to increase our businesses image, We turned to site jabber due to what appeared to be ease of use, but found ourselves floundering when we attempted to collect reviews. Immediately we assumed it was not us but site jabber that was the cause of our lackluster rating. 
Of course after getting into contact with site jabber we learned we were going about the process all wrong as none of our reviews were coming in verified as real customer experiences nor were we giving our clients a clear path to be able to share their experiences they've had with us via our instructions.

After a quick meeting with the staff over at site jabber, we instantly saw a massive increase in our review flow as well as our star rating. They make things easy to use, intuitive and readily available for your business needs, and should you still need some assistance for anything more in depth, or just hope for some advice on getting your company the feedback it deserves, site jabber has proven to me time and time again, that it is 100% the review solution that can help you get there.

Since that time Site jabber has been integrated as a daily tool for our customer service team, and due to its swift, straight forward implementation, we continue to see positive and constructive criticism flowing in as a result.

I have personally recommended site jabber to a few industry friends because of my personal experiences with the platform, and can't see myself doing any differently anytime soon.

**What do you dislike about SmartCustomer?**

The barrier for customer reviews, while easier in my experience to circumvent now, is only truly easy when directly soliciting reviews. While soliciting reviews doesn't have a necessarily negative affect ton my business or its image, making it easier and or more streamlined for unsolicited natural reviews from a customer perspective could only have a positive affect in my mind.

The robust moderation system included with site jabber can and does prevent spam/ fraudulent reviews from coming through so allowing customers to give testimonials without prompting would help smaller businesses like my own quite a lot.

**What problems is SmartCustomer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Site jabber provides a safe place to leave honest and realistic accounts of there experiences on a public platform to freely inform other potential customers of the good and bad without fear of a negative reaction. As a business working in ecommerce this is incredibly important as we ourselves are always looking to improve and hear back from our loyal customer base.

We have been able to identify an incredible amount of issues we would have never even thought of throughout our users experience due to the ease of communication and the ability the customers have to specify where the root of the issue comes from using site jabbers built in tools.

**What do you like best about SmartCustomer?**

The services offered meet our needs at a reasonable price. Product reviews in addition to company reviews, integrations with our Shopify ecommerce store, active review requests, and easy sharing of reviews all add to the list of what Sitejabber does right. Good customer relations and technical support back up the value of doing business with them.

**What do you dislike about SmartCustomer?**

Many service options involve an additional fee. Product reviews are separate from company reviews, and sharind reviews on multiple platforms is an extra cost, as well. We like that they have these options, but sometimes having to pay extra for the next step means putting off that step. Still, it may end up making the platform affordable when you can't pay for everything, but you can pick and choose what is most important.

**What problems is SmartCustomer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sitejabber provides an independent review platform so customers can have confidence that we're not manipulating the review data. In that vein, they also provide a way for online search platforms to verify reviews and include our review status in search results. They also provide an easy way to actively request reviews rather than simply putting up a button and hoping customers will click on it. They integrate with our Shopify store to show product reviews on product pages, always keeping up to date with new reviews left, and they notify us if a review is neutral or negative so that we can follow up and hopefully save a customer relationship in addition to avoiding negative impacts to our reputation. 

Sitejabber offers new ways to gather, display, and share both company and product reviews so that we remain relevant and viable in today's competitive climate.

The customized feedback link that we can give to our customers makes it easy for them to leave us reviews and shows the review as a "Verified Purchase" so people know these are real reviews from actual customers and not fake. Also, their customer support is great. Our account Manager Christina has been an invaluable source of information on how to get more reviews.

No real downsides. I wish it was as well recognized as some of the other review sites. But I believe it is gaining traction and will be the go-to review  site for people in the future.

The conversion rate for reviews is really impressive, not just on the Sitejabber platform, but on others using the distribution tool as well! The platform makes it incredibly easy for us to manage our review invites and responses all in one place. It's a great one stop shop for a great price!

No major complaints! The only thing that would make things a tad easier is to have the ability to update a few things ourselves on the back end without having to reach out, but completely understand the need for the SJ team to be involved and they are always very responsive and helpful!

Sitejabber has allowed us to boost our review solicitation conversion rates. Prior to our partnership, we managed our reviews program internally in a very manual way and this has made things much more efficient and successful.

The site has TONS of cute features, and analytics and everything, and at the same time it requires ZERO time for learning it. Everything is super obvious.
Also, one of those [rare] companies whose email marketing is not bothering but is useful and interesting.

Not a dislike, technically speaking, but this site might be not for every product/market. It targets rather specific market audience, thus, some sites get thousands of reviews, while others have zero reviews for years. It is somewhat of a lucky guess.

The SEO ranking of the site. When people Google reviews for our product, this site is high on the list.

**What do you dislike about SmartCustomer?**

Our star-rating never seems to move, no matter how many 5-stars we get. But a low-rating immediately drops it. The dispute system is also frustrating because there's no recourse if the person "verifies" their rating. We have people leaving untrue reviews that we are stuck with.

No real problems have been solved, as they're usually already addressed before the person decides to leave a review. The benefits are sharing our Sitejabber reviews for those who would like to join our platform.

Don't dislike anything about Sitejabber at this point, and we've been using them for over a year.

**What do you like best about SmartCustomer?**

It has many functions and tools, the one that I liked the most is the option that the program gives us to show our reviews on different portals. As our website, social networks, web portals, in the sale of our products and more. The fact that it is associated with Google review is perfect to be able to position our website at the top of the search engine. It also allows you to track participants, being able to ask them for reviews and have access to their performance and participation.

**What do you dislike about SmartCustomer?**

You should be able to send the review request to customers on more than one occasion. Our customers buy our products on a regular basis, so we would like them to allow us a review for every purchase they make. You should report dissatisfied customers before they write reviews to avoid bad ratings, instead of charging for removing the bad review. I would also like to see an anti-scam system, to avoid fraud with negative reviews, which overshadow the positive ones.

**Recommendations to others considering SmartCustomer:**

We recommend this software without hesitation, as we have seen the growth of our brand, not only in our sales, but in the recognition of our customers on social networks and all over the web. Sitejabber is ideal for those companies that start or want to strengthen their brand on the web and get more customers and more profit. This new way we are using this software, to do referral and review marketing, is allowing us to achieve many more sales per month, achieve a good online reputation and create that customers have much more confidence in our products.

This is the program we use to take control of our online reputation, as it allows us to get positive reviews from our brand advocates and to contact customers who are not so satisfied with our product, in order to improve it and avoid bad reviews. It facilitates the follow-up of the participants and the request of new reviews, in order to always have positive reviews. This software is a partner of Google review, which allows us to achieve a better SEO and with the score, position us in the top positions of the search engine. It allows to show the reviews on different websites, such as social networks, website, shopping pages and much more.

Sitejabber has provided us with a place where we can confidently collect reviews from our customers while not dealing with the ethically questionable practices that some other review sites employ. We know our potential customers will trust what they read on Sitejabber.

There are no issues with the service provided by Sitejabber. Many of the features that Sitejabber's competitors offer that Sitejabber does not are well out of our budget so Sitejabber lacking some of those is irrelevant to us.

We have not run into any problems yet. Our usage of Sitejabber (and all other review sites) is only at a base level for several reasons. Having a trusted site for potential customers to see reviews has helped legitimize us especially in our industry where trust is paramount.

Very useful for social proof and building trust with customers. I love that we can implement customer reviews directly from a customer account and the tab direct on our landing page.

**What do you dislike about SmartCustomer?**

We are using the free service at this moment in time to free up funds to help with business growth; we would love to have more features on the free package, e.g., the ability to match our branding colours for the review widget. There is a slight delay between a review being submitted and being able to view it live on the site, but that's just us being impatient and eager to view the whole review

Recommended service to use after testing many available site jabber is easy to set up, easy to use and even the free service gives you what you need to get going. Very valueable.

Customers can share what they think of our service, and our business profile with site jabber also serves as a much-needed backlink that is valuable for any business.

I've used sitejabber for my website business for many years. They don't spam or harass me to pay for basic review functionality unlike many of the other review sites. I've never had a problem with fake reviews with them. I'm able to easily respond to reviews and use review summary/excerpt widgets on my website. The review summaries also appear in google searches of my business profile which is great.

**What do you dislike about SmartCustomer?**

Not many downsides to using sitejabber. Their javascript for displaying reviews on my websites might slow down my page loading time a little bit but it doesn't seem too bad.

**What problems is SmartCustomer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I always send my customers to sitejabber and to Google Reviews to complete reviews of my website. The review excerpts on my website are really great for social proof marketing.

It's not something that disappoints, but you have to give additional promotions to get customers' reviews, and fake comments happen.

Regularly check the reviews you get, don't take it personally, and improve everything you can.

As mentioned above Sitejabber for us is one of the channels to keep in touch with the audience to do market research analyzing competitors.

Sitejabber is a simple, user-friendly platform to collect reviews for your business. I was particularly impressed when they not only responded promptly to my request to remove a defunct company's review page that had a similar name to my company, but they actually did take down that company's profile page after reviewing it. They've converted me for life.

**What do you dislike about SmartCustomer?**

I've never had any bad experiences with them, although I've also never had to go through a dispute process, so I don't know how it works.

As a small family business, without massive branding ad campaigns, often prospects haven't heard of us, so reviews help establish trust.

I'm a huge fan - I moved our review business to Sitejabber and am now seeing significantly more reviews than ever before. They have a strong stable of widgets for our websites, their servicing team is responsive, and the functionality to build reviews on ALL secondary review sites is a huge benefit that I don't see anyone else in the space offering.

**What do you dislike about SmartCustomer?**

Sitejabber has lower consumer brand awareness in the space relative to some competitors, but to me the enhanced functionality they provide significantly outweighs this.

Maximizing our collection of reviews for our websites across not just Sitejabber but all third party review providers.

They have to take me in the right direction in my business. I wish this website would spread like wildfire. Stick to your original 'purposes' & 'objectives' & please try not to become over-commercialized. I like this site as it's easy to navigate, use, and post. Who knew writing reviews would make you feel so much better! Sitejabber is a fantastic application that connects buyers, observers, and sellers to see a product.

How do you decide which review is relevant? Lots of reviews are outdated. Lots of reviews are outdated. In the middle of writing a review and your site refreshed, and I lost all that typing.

**What problems is SmartCustomer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without Sitejabber, a lot of people would never get to air their grievances when companies rip them off; thank you, Sitejabber. I had been back and forth with a company. I finally got frustrated and posted a review, and within 24 hours, the company contacted me and said they would offer me a refund AND would I be willing to change my review. The review on SiteJabber was what got them to give me a refund after going back and forth with them for weeks!

Reviews for SiteJabber come up highly on Google searches when people are looking for reviews for your business.

**What do you dislike about SmartCustomer?**

As a small business using their free plan, I tend to get more negative reviews at SiteJabber than I do using other review sites.  I think the name "Jabber" in their name might contribute to this and people who have bad experiences tend to search out review sites more than people who have had postitive experiences.

From an admin point of view I find their back end a bit clunky and not as intuitive as it could be.  For example when I get a review left for me, I usually have to click around 5 different links to figure out where to leave a response to the review.

Another very important problem I have had with them is when I have unbiasly directed people to leave a review for me on SiteJabber most of the time people I'm told  by the person they had problems trying to set up an account to leave a review there and they bail.  So that is a huge reason I don't try to use their site more.

SiteJabber gives people a platform to talk about their experience with my business (good or bad).  Their site and reviews come up highly in google and that has helped potential buyers learn about what to expect if they use my service.

I like the simplicity of being able to use the site. Everything is pretty straightforward and you can see what you are looking for easily whether you are the business or whether you are the person reviewing the busineses.

**What do you dislike about SmartCustomer?**

I wouldn't say there's anything I dislike. I have never tried to contact sitejabber by phone or email for an issue because I have never had an issue, but I can only speak to other websites where I have had issues and filled out a contact form or emailed where it took a few days when it was an urgent matter and I needed an answer sooner. I would say that is the biggest thing with all websites, not just review websites, to communicatedwell, efficiently, and fast with users on issues. I also think every company in general should do everything they can do improve the simplicity of using the website for all users all around.

I have been using it to get feedback on my production and photography business for people to let me know how their experience was and as a user I look up other businesses to see if they are legitimate or if other people have experienced issues.The benefits I have realized are that if people had a great experience and leave positive feedback then it promotes more clients to the business and more referrals.

Sitejabber makes it extremely easy to collect and display reviews from my customers. I also love how easy it is to respond to reviews and thank customers for their feedback.

I'd love to see more free features, to be able to link Sitejabber to my Facebook page, and to be able to display a carousel of reviews on my website. As a very small business, I just can't afford the extra cost.
