My girlfriend and I had our food prepared at a diff location, not where we ordered and they refused to listen or compensate us in any way, instead we wasted $25 dollars for nothing. They had some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I don't think it's wise for a small business to hand over their customer service to a 3rd party application like this one because we will no longer be going to the pizzeria we tried ordering from. **What problems is Slice for Owners solving and how is that benefiting you?** Slice is meant for small business pizzerias to provide their customers a mobile app to order from. It does not benefit me in anyway as I'd rather call the restaurant. The restaurant ended up being closed after we ordered. ### 2. I didn't even choose a card they chose it for me then wouldn't allow me to provide a different card. Said they would have to cancel the order with the restaurant in order to not use thst card. Then the restaurant wouldn't cancel the order because it was already started. Then they added a tip!!! Will never use them and would never recommend them!! **What do you dislike about Slice for Owners?** EVERYTHING! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL **What problems is Slice for Owners solving and how is that benefiting you?** NOT WILLING TO SOLVE ANYTHING - NO BENEFIT WHAT SO EVER!! ### 3. I will never use Slice again. **What do you dislike about Slice for Owners?** Customer Service is completely lacking, lied about contacting me in 24 hours when order was lost, they could not contact the driver and the driver did not take a photo of the delivery, but I was faulted for it. Took four days to get a refund, would do nothing to rectify the situation when it happened, would not let me speak to a supervisor or manager at any time in the four calls to get the refund. **What problems is Slice for Owners solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are not solving problems, they are creating them. ### 4. Helps if you regularly order to get one free. **What do you dislike about Slice for Owners?** The customer support for this app is non-existent. They are only a way to order online. If you have any issues with your order they will refuse to believe you and refuse any kind of refund or credit. **What problems is Slice for Owners solving and how is that benefiting you?** None now I will no longer be using the app. Our cafeteria is closing and I am looking for other ways to order directly. ### 5. Also you can easily see who delivers/pickup only or what promotions are available. **What do you dislike about Slice for Owners?** I only dislike that it is sometimes hard to follow the exact progress of your order. **Recommendations to others considering Slice for Owners:** Be sure to use the slice promotions to gain rewards points towards discounts etc **What problems is Slice for Owners solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to order ahead of time for large parties or events, and can use the pricing tools to remain cost-effective. Benefits include taking advantage of the rewards program, and being able to easily expense company orders. ### 6. It is not difficult to use, and can be used by anyone in the company or at home. **What do you dislike about Slice for Owners?** There's nothing that really makes me want to use this app over Googling the restaurant I want to go to. **Recommendations to others considering Slice for Owners:** Ordering pizza is not a difficult task to do anyway, but having Slice definitely doesn't complicate it! Easy way to know what food is nearby, and can pay for, tip, and complete the full process within the app. Can also access reorders, and request customization for food options. **What problems is Slice for Owners solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to pick up or have delivered, and lots of local places nearby as options. Great for ordering food for meetings, but otherwise does not have much impact on business at all. ### 9.
