What do you like best about Slice for Owners?

I can't think of anything I like about this company except for the fact that they answer when you call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slice for Owners?

They're unwillingness to help is what stood out most. My girlfriend and I had our food prepared at a diff location, not where we ordered and they refused to listen or compensate us in any way, instead we wasted $25 dollars for nothing. They had some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I don't think it's wise for a small business to hand over their customer service to a 3rd party application like this one because we will no longer be going to the pizzeria we tried ordering from. What do you like best about Slice for Owners?

They never gave the option for what payment option I wanted to use. I didn't even choose a card they chose it for me then wouldn't allow me to provide a different card. Said they would have to cancel the order with the restaurant in order to not use thst card. Then the restaurant wouldn't cancel the order because it was already started. Then they added a tip!!! What do you dislike about Slice for Owners?

Customer Service is completely lacking, lied about contacting me in 24 hours when order was lost, they could not contact the driver and the driver did not take a photo of the delivery, but I was faulted for it. Took four days to get a refund, would do nothing to rectify the situation when it happened, would not let me speak to a supervisor or manager at any time in the four calls to get the refund. Sometimes the deals available by phone or in person are better than in the app. But the convenience factor is great. Would also like it if they had the status of your order, eg. when it's available to pick up but I know that would require a lot more integration with restaurant systems.
