We can import business cards as data through OCR and manage using Cards (management of business cards) and even link data with CRM (customer management) and exchange data that open the way to potential customers. Data from business cards have been shared between our organization team and it is also possible to add notes or attachments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

That we can integrate business activities to SkyDesk in all departments and share the status and contacts of members, shared document lists, task management, links or memos by group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

SkyDesk as a cloud service that allows us to perform all our operations through the web browser. All data is stored in SkyDesk, allowing us to access data from outside the office and on mobile devices, which is awesome, the only downside is that we need human monitoring to the system. SkyDesk is a public cloud service that provides various commercial applications focused on the support of business activity. It comes equipped with the necessary applications for commercial use, providing the exchange of external and internal data in addition to the administration of business cards and the administration of customer information, so don't hesitate in it. What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

In business situations, there is a need to limit unnecessary access despite the need for mobile access. SkyDesk has the ability to restrict IP addresses that access SkyDesk by the user profile, which has given us the security needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
