**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

Linnworks has helped us to successfully expand our business through the Marketplace Channels. Rather then access up to 15 different order portals every day, we now have one central place to access the orders, which is really helpful. The fact that we integrate with our carriers and the shipping information is entered automatically into the marketplace portals is a significant admin time saving for us and we believe saves us around 2hrs per day. It's also a very cost effective modelling. We were previously using a partner who charged a % of turnover, but the Linnworks pricing model means we can profitably grow. We didn't require a huge amount of onboarding support, but the team was then when we needed them.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

We were hoping that we could use Linnworks to quickly and easily list new ranges across multiple marketplaces or our full range onto new marketplaces. However, this is not as quick and easy as we hoped, due predominantly to the complexity of having to list products differently across the different marketplaces.

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Linnworks solves three problems. Firstly, it's the time saver of having all orders in one location, with shipping automatically updated, rather than having to access individual portals. Secondly, the fact we can upload one stock feed to Linnworks and it updates all marketplaces and channels is a huge time saving and prevents us over-selling and disappointing customers.

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

I really like the central management of orders in Linnworks. Having a centrally managed orders screen and a central panel for all our orders, prices, etc., makes it really convenient and easy to process orders. The setup was really easy too; we can configure everything with just the click of a button.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

The APIs could be improved. There's a lot of security issues on the API side, and the general quality of the API could be improved. Documentations should also be updated to include the structured responses in a more verbose way.

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Linnworks for managing a catalog of SKUs, syncing prices, and open orders. Its central management makes processing orders convenient and easy.

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

What I like best about Linnworks is how effectively it centralizes our multi-channel operations. It integrates seamlessly with major marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify, so I can easily manage inventory, orders, and shipping all from one dashboard. The automation rules are a huge time-saver — they cut down on repetitive tasks and reduce errors. It's also been reliable in handling large order volumes, especially during peak seasons, which gives me a lot of peace of mind.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

While Linnworks is powerful, there are a few areas that could be improved. I strongly feel the user interface can feel a bit dated and unintuitive at times, there’s a learning curve that takes a bit of patience. Some of the reporting features also feel limited or clunky when I am trying to extract more customized insights. Additionally, support response times can occasionally be slower than expected, especially during high-traffic periods.

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

I've been using Linnworks for about 5 years now. It's the perfect tool for E-commerce businesses. 

It's a complete package that offers Product Information Management, Inventory Control, Order Management, Shipping Handling, Warehouse Management, Listing Creation, Listing Updating all in one software.

The user interface is very easy to work with and if you are stuck anywhere they have videos and documentations on their website to get help from. If you still need some help customer service is always there for you. 

I've recommended it to many of my clients and would keep on doing so unless there's any other tool better than this.

The prices are be a little bit high

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

Linnworks centralizes our multichannel inventory management, making it much easier to sync stock levels across platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. The automation rules and order management tools save us a lot of time, especially during peak periods.
Before Linnworks, managing inventory across platforms was chaotic. With Linnworks, we've drastically reduced overselling issues and manual stock adjustments. The visibility into inventory levels and shipping workflows has improved operational efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

The UI feels a bit outdated and navigating some advanced features requires a steep learning curve. Documentation is good but could be more intuitive for beginners.

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Linnworks, managing inventory across platforms was chaotic. With Linnworks, we've drastically reduced overselling issues and manual stock adjustments. The visibility into inventory levels and shipping workflows has improved operational efficiency.

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

SKUVault was good for a while. We were able to set our catalog of 15,000+ marketplace listings up in their inventory management system fairly easily.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

Since SKUVault was acquired by Linnworks, their support has fallen dramatically. The support staff is completely at the mercy of the (now overseas) development team who completely fails at communication and timely resolution of issues. I recently had one (1) ticket that took 4 months to resolve (!!). Currently, I'm waiting on another support ticket that has been in resolution for over a month. Our WooCommerce integration has been completely broken for the past 6 weeks. The Tier 2 support team has been completely unresponsive and apparently has zero way to communicate with the development team. It took over a week for the Tier 2 rep to even work on the ticket and escalate to the dev team. Just a completely unacceptable situation. We're now looking for another option. A tale as old as time -- mergers & acquisitions just destroying a once great company...

When working, SKUVault helps us control our dynamic inventory levels across 15,000 marketplace listings and 3 marketplaces.

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

Our main reason for wanting Linnworks was to improve the speed and accuracy of our order fulfilment. It has more than exceeded our expectations here and is easy to use on a daily basis. The set up was easy and there has been plenty of opportunity for us to ask questions. We have been pleasantly surprised with being able to use Linnworks to send products to Amazon FBA fulfilment centres and the integration of everything to Linnworks was seamless.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

We have not yet managed to find a downside with Linnworks. There have been a couple of tricky problems that we have had to overcome, but that is more down to the wide range or products that we sell and learning how best to intagrate the awkward things with Linnworks.

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Linnworks helps us to better manage our overall stock levels when we're selling a range of different items on different platforms. not only has it made keeping track of stock easier, but we now only have to use Linnworks to complete all of our orders, whether they're directly with us through our website, or through the likes of Amazon and Ebay. Using Linnworks to help with fulfilment has also helped us cut down on the waste produced from printing orders and labels separately, and we have now integrated the label onto the invoice, meaning zero waste.

The robust rules engine facilitates efficient order management across 12 different Amazon locales and every country globally. Additionally, the flexibility in channel linking of SKUs to marketplaces avoids rigid values, allowing for easy adjustments. The automation of feeds, both into and out of Linnworks through FTP, ensures reliable backup data, adding to the overall flexibility and efficiency of our operations.

Linnworks is a simple inventory management system. It does what it says, and doesn't over-promise.

It is quite expensive for the size of our business, however as we expand the cost will seem smaller each time.

It's solving an automated inventory management system, with the ability to use FTP servers to bring stock in at an almost instant rate. We can sync up all our channels and create products directly in Linnworks.

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

The promise of a seamless inventory and warehousing solution and their pricing, at the time. However, the sales pitch greatly exceeded the product's performance.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

They did not deliver in any capacity. The onboarding, training, and launch were terrible experiences that ended up costing us money and time. When we agreed to cancel our account, the management team retaliated, denied our refund, and have refused to speak to anyone.

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were interested in a warehousing solution to manage a hand-full of physical inventory in our local warehouse. We had a hand-full of physical, local inventory, and would process a few orders a week. We felt a $329 price point for this service was beneficial for our operations. However, once we connected the accounts, SkuVault accessed ALL of our orders - even the automated orders they didn't create or handle - and charged us for this "service" we did not ask for, services we were not quoted for and did not agree to, and frankly services that served no purpose or benefit to our company.

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

It's got great customization, I love that you can open multiple pages within the same tab to quickly multi-task. They have a live phone number (with a real person, not a bot!).

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

Sometimes they can be a bit slow to respond to queries, but still they're much better than most other software providers. Can't think of too many downsides to be honest!

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are our WMS and they allow us to efficiently manage stock levels, and process orders in the quite specific way we like to do. They integrate with all of the software we need and work much better than other platforms we've used in the pat.

I love the integrations with Amazon, eBay, Walmart and all the popular POS/e-commerce platforms (we use LightSpeed).  SkuVault is the source of truth that enables multichannels

I wish SkuVault had a feature to batch print lot stickers or accept an import list of of lot numbers that I want printed as stickers

We are able to keep our inventory up-to-date and organized across both locations in our company. It was easy to implent with our listing software. They have good customer support. We use them everyday.

it works reliability most of the time - if something has gone wrong it is for most customers and it is normally fixed very quickly
it has all the features and functions you need - and it does listen to customer when adding new features/functions
it is probably number one in the UK for this kind of software

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

whilst I respect that it was very cheap for a great amount of time, i think better PR would have been good when annoucing price increases.
due to it's new starting price, it is not for first time sellers.
I would only recommend it to existing online sellers with high turnover and/or high number of SKUs/orders

it speeds up many processes. 
it is my single source of truth when it comes to inventory and orders

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

Reliable invetory managment middleware for small multi-channel retailers. Easy intergration of channels and couriers. Support documentation is generally good enough the non-IT staff to set up and manage integrations with technical expertise. Real-time chat support is generally very good, but support tickets can get lost in the system.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

Some what opaque pricing. Really not sure that the prcing for FBA orders represents good value for money.

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LW brings all our orders into one place and ensures that inventory levels are correct across all our sales channels and our dropship customers are able to upload their orders directly via drobox and scheduled uploads. Business rules ensure the correct couriers and services are used for shipping and that digital customs data is included with all overseas shipments.

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

As a sole trader who works alone, i need to find time savings wherever I can especially in peak periods. Linnworks does precisely that.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

My only criticism would be that sometimes advertised features, like listing items on marketplaces can be a little patchy and waiting for solutions can take too long. Especially when for example amazon makes a short notice change.

Pricing is at the limit for a small business like me and any increase would be prohibitive. The previous attempt to increase prices would have priced me out and created a huge problem for me moving to another provider.

As i said it saves me a lot of time allowing me to streamline my order despatch and product listing.

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

Their sales and support staff were very attentive, but either they didn't understand our needs or something else because the integration with our custom storefront was a disaster. In six months, we didn't manage to come together for a solution for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

If we had been using a standard SaaS solution like Shopify, or merely been trying to maintain inventory between Amazon and Shopify, or whatever their standard solution "stories" were, there wouldn't have been any problems. The expectation we were sold didn't match up with our needs integrating their solution with our custom-built storefront.

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to maintain a single inventory between multiple locations and distribution centers. Linnworks would have been fine had we only had one shipping locus, but they don't have a great solution for geo-fencing a single inventory between locii.  Their proposal, maintain two equal, but separate SKU sequences for our US and EU distribution centers. This ended up causing more problems than linnworks was supposed to solve.

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

I feel that we have grown up with Linnworks, which has evolved significantly to a stage where it does everything we require. As time goes on, more functionality is being added. All systems can have faults and issues, and this is where Linnworks doesn't disappoint. I have always found their support team to be knowledgeable and responsive whether we are working in the evening, during the day or even at the weekend.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

It has a steep learning curve. It took us a long time to set it up the way we needed, which can be off-putting in the initial stages. All of the time spent on the set-up is an investment, and you will reap the rewards later.
Sometimes I feel that more hand-holding would have been helpful in the setup process. Also, we need technical support to help us set up order rules to get the maximum benefit from this functionality.

Linnworks allows us to ship larger quantities of orders with automation by producing shipping labels, courier manifests and shipping quotes as well as answering customer queries about tracking information, controlling stock levels, ensuring we don't oversell and helping to calculate order requirements.
It is simply an essential tool for our company, and we wouldn't have grown as a business without it.

Everyone is connected and updated quickly. We had an outdated system of paper, emails and trello board. Thankfully we now have one screen that keeps everyone up to date.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

We are still setting up some of our retail points. Every distributor has a different system, and we are committed to keeping it all in Linnworks, which means getting each service to communicate with the inventory and fulfillment system. -- An Update: I met with one of our digital sales providers and mentioned that we use Linnworks, but that it doesn't integrate with their system, so we need to manually key in orders from them. They asked who at Linnworks can help them get an integration working. I reached out to Linnworks and within 2 days have been able to get the info this sale provider needs and contacts with the people at Linnworks that can help make it happen. It was painless and I'm very happy with the helpfulness of the Linnworks support staff.

We have solved the problem of having an inaccurate inventory and having too much information only known by one member of staff. Now the manufacturing, retail, marketing, finance and warehouse departments are all communicating and able to see what's going on with our sales.

Linnworks offers a wealth of integrations with most major domestic and international marketplaces and e-commerce CMS such as BigCommerce and Shopify.  They also integrate with most carriers to make shipping simple.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

As with any system, bugs do crop up from time to time and it can be difficult to self-diagnose the issue and resolve it without assistance.  Support is good however phone support do appear limited in their knowledge with most queries being referred to behind the scenes teams.  This can be frustrating at times when a quick resolution is needed.  Native integrations with major accounting software is lacking and we are reliant on third party applications to bridge this gap.

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Linnworks help us manage our stock control across multiple sites to prevent overselling.  Integrations with carriers saves a lot of time with shipping labels and associated customs documentation generated and communicated to the carrier within seconds.  The system also allows to easily raise purchase orders with suppliers.

Flexibility in the platform is one of its best features, and it can be extended directly via its developer platform. The platform's stability is also a big plus. We've never had any downtime that has affected us.

The platform's UI can sometimes be a bit hard to use. Improvements to the user interface would be significant. Reporting could also be improved to be more intuitive.

We are using Linnworks since 2013 and it is very easy to use, we can manage to process 1000 orders in very less time, and we can create custom packing and pick lists for easy picking and packing goods,

Linnworks is not giving database access, we can't develop more apps with linnworks because of database nonavailability, One more thing is we can not add any custom field in the inventory view.

Order Management - Before linnworks it was really hard to manage orders and resends, now we can easily ship the orders without any delay. 
Inventory Management -  Inventory Management can't be easy as linnworks is providing the system. 
Custom Templates -  We can create custom templates for Picking, Picking, and customer invoices. 
Reporting - We can write custom Queries for any type of report.

Issues with the system being down are rare, the stock level ensures we keep our stock levels accurate. Enables us to create bundles and still maintain accurate stock records when bundles of products sell.

Can be a struggle to learn. Took a long time for us to get our heads around how to do things, the processes don't feel particularly intuitive to us. I feel like we may not be making the most of the software but I don't know what I don't know, if you see what I mean.

Enabling us to sell on multiple platforms at once whilst maintaining accurate stock records. We had bespoke software prior to signing up with Linnworks which was expensive to maintain.

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

The multiple different options for different stores. This option allows us to serve our marketplaces as well as any internal orders. The software is very customizable and very user-friendly. The variety of customizable options is extremely helpful with day-to-day tasks. The option to provide certain security levels to based on the specific person is also very helpful to ensure there are no errors that occur when a specific user is using working with the software. The software works very well with the other software we currently use as well example Shopify is the software we use for our website and this software works very well with Shopify as well as Ship Station. It always works very well with our current CRM software that is used Salespad.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

When updates are made the changes are often very different from the original platform and can be confusing at times. However, once you are past the initial shock of the changes it becomes very simple to work with the changes. The color scheme could be better it would be nice to see more vibrant colors the gray background is not the most appealing color. The loading time of the reports could also be a little quicker however, I feel this likely varies based on the number of SKUs and locations that are being searched. These are very minor dislikes and most of the dislikes do not impact the function of the software itself.

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The inventory function is wonderful and is very easy to adjust. There are many ways to search and many different categories to personalize based on the information that is needed. Being able to see what inventory exist in multiple warehouse locations on one screen is very helpful with processing orders and ensuring product is being shipped from the appropriate warehouse. Being able to see the stock levels at multiple warehouses at one time is also very beneficial to purchasing products and stocking levels that are needed based on which warehouse is moving the most product. The overall performance of the software is wonderful and very helpful to multiple departments and does not require multiple different software to function.

Linnworks has integration with all significant marketplace companies. Thus, we can collect all orders in a single system. In addition, our stock management has become much easier as the sold products are deducted from the stock instantly. Their customer service is quick enough and very helpful most of the time.

The onboarding process was not smooth. In this process, We could not get enough information to use the system effectively. The documentation on the help pages is beneficial, but I would have preferred more videos instead.

The wide number of carrier integrations and the full clarity of stock availability alongside open orders.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

Smarter order rule action that can update order attributes. Better integration with Shopify, e.g Flow, order tags, frontend returns management etc.  We'd love more physical retail support such as Vend or Lightspeed. Shopify POS is available but isn't great.

Our shipping process allows us to ship higher volumes than with previous systems. We can get new SKUs pushed to sales channels quicker than we ever have before..

Easy to use and manage the system is quit intuitive

They are very slow at responding to question

We need a quicker way to process orders from eBay as manually entering the order was taking too much time 
We need an online solution to connect our eBay account to our website, Linnworks provided this solution to send our order on ebay directly to our website all that was required was some changes to the back end of the website to accommodate the eBay orders.

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

I really like the web interface, especially when it comes to searching, creating and amending orders. Also, when it comes to inventory, I like all the options that I have to sort my products.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

There are not that many integrations with other systems, and especially Amazon, I am a bit dissapointed that the FBA integration does not have more options and features.

Quite a lot of bugs. Many errors messages in sync that hard to check/fix
