**What do you like best about Skillrater?**

Skillrater is convenient, and I can develop unique scales for each position whenever I need it. This has eased the conducting of performance reviews in my team but especially has helped to ensure that the results are standard.

**What do you dislike about Skillrater?**

The skill assessment functionalities I observe are somewhat limited. More complex or differentiated rating is not possible and there is no effective way of recording samples that may support the ratings given.

**What problems is Skillrater solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skillrater was useful when it comes to the performance appraisal of the employees. It reduces paperwork to a lesser extent as compared to time-consuming paperwork in giving feedbacks on the earlier work done.
