**What do you like best about SkillPool?**

SkillPool’s standout varies as it has AI-driven matching system. We avoid the uncertainty of resume screenings as it chooses candidates qualified base on my job post by using this technology. I am able to track down wholesale companies much quicker because they all have merchant accounts with the brands I am looking for.

**What do you dislike about SkillPool?**

A pitfall of the implementation of SkillPool is that its integration with my already existing ATS platform is not provided. This entails that information flow is dircted from one to another, which is rare and little inconvenient.

**What problems is SkillPool solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With SkillPool, I am able to do one of the most key steps which is hiring very easily. Now, I am so much short at time, and the tasks of candidates' qualification are easier now, and I can pay much attention to interviewing and onboarding. I'm glad it has brought me inner contentment knowing that my competitors wouldn't slip by unnoticed and get the job just because the selection process was not fair.
