SiteOwl helps facilitate organization and communication for every user, which ensures our clients have the highest level of ROI. **What do you dislike about SiteOwl?** The mobile app still needs some work to meet the same expectations as the web-based platform. **What problems is SiteOwl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before, clients would have siloed information about their system usually kept in the heads of 1-2 people. In addition, all of their security devices were listed on an excel spreadsheet or layed out on an outdated paper floorplan. With SiteOwl, all the information about a client's security infrastructure is easy to access in one space for everyone involved. SitOwl makes upgrading or maintaining devices easier to manage. ### 2. Exceptional Communication Tool **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Hector R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2020 **What do you like best about SiteOwl?** SiteOwl gives me the ability to collaborate with a client in real time, where they see their customized system design come together immediately / The ability to share that design with my Field Leader for his design review / The ability to show my technicians so they know exactly what devices go where / The ability to hand over a completed project, with all relevant information, to our Service Department for any warranty or service agreement response needs. **What do you dislike about SiteOwl?** Sometimes the systems slows down, especially as you get further into the design and more devices / images are loaded. **Recommendations to others considering SiteOwl:** If you're looking for a single application to help you manage all devices, to include those extending outside of your access control, video management or intrusion detection, SiteOwl should be at the top of your list. **What problems is SiteOwl solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem we are solving is miscommunication. Everything from main devices, to secondary devices, to camera views, to product data, etc., is added to the system and removes the ambiguity or paper designs. ### 3. It is a very helpful tool on a different scale of measuring where you and your staff or customers are when it comes to utilization on a minute to minute basis. **What problems is SiteOwl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Where the hurdles are when it comes to seeing installations side by side. look at one site to compare to another with the same installer and parts installed. We can actually see where we need to improve or if we are excelling. ### 4.
