I appreciate Sitemark's user-friendly interface, which allows our customers to easily navigate and use the thermal reports Sitemark generates. This feature makes it convenient to deliver important information to clients efficiently. Additionally, I really value their exceptional customer support. The team at Sitemark is consistently friendly and ready to assist with any issues that arise, making them a great partner to work with. From a project management perspective, I find the Sitemark portal incredibly easy to navigate. It provides detailed information on project schedules and solar site data, which is crucial for our operations. I am very pleased with using Sitemark. It makes the job much easier and more convenient for solar panel inspection operations. I think there are two areas where improvement is needed. 1- The report delivery time is too long. It used to be shorter. It used to be delivered quickly. This puts us in a difficult position in front of the customer. 2- It takes too long to upload files. Especially when operations are done in the countryside, the internet becomes a problem. We used Sitemark to cover drone surveys for a percentage of our solar farm portfolio last year and have given them the full portfolio to fly for us this year, based on last years success. They have been contacted multiple times with many questions and have always come back to me quickly and with as helpful an answer as possible. They have gone above and beyond to assist us with any queries and I'm rally happy to continue using their services. What do you like best about Sitemark?

My first experience using Sitemark software was in 2019, for a roof project in Belgium.

After almost 6 years, Sitemark is still an extremely valuable tool that we use for the majority of our solar projects.

Its browser interface make it accessible to any stakeholder needing information about the project.

As a designer, I used it to double-check the exact location of the installation already from the design phase and the possibility to compare the construction site at different timeframes, helps improving the efficiency of any decision making process during construcion.

It can be used together with all main commercial design software, thanks to the flexible import/export function.

What do you like best about Sitemark?

Mostly what i appreciate is the follow-up and regular update of the tool depending of customer's request. The ability to share report, platform access with third-party is also usefull. It's really easy to train someone on this platform are it's absolutely intuitiv. Even when i faced some issues or concern the customer support is always prompt to answer and i use the platform for more than 5 years not every day but on regurlar basis as it's very helpful to claim module's manufacturers. What is also great is the ease with which we can integrate a new solar plant in the system and then the implementation which our drone pilot is also easy for him. What do you like best about Sitemark?

In 2023, we were searching for a digital solution for our thermography inspections and, after extensive market research, we decided on Sitemark. Two years later, I can definitely say it was the right decision!

Even though we primarily acquired the software for condition monitoring in operations, there are now over 70 internal users who use Sitemark daily in various areas, and several subsidiary companies have their own corporate logins. We not only received a complete digital twin but also a software solution that offers a great solution across the entire value chain (project planning, implementation, and operation). New facilities are quickly created, and the reference layers (PDF or CAD file) are integrated in just a few minutes.

Our own maintenance team also uses the Field Link App, which makes it much easier in the back office to track activities in the field. Which technician would make an SAP notification or a report for a few replaced fuses?! Since we started using Sitemark, colleagues can simply mark and comment on it briefly on-site in the app (and they now enjoy doing it!).

Whenever I bring up the software in a technical discussion or a consulting meeting to clarify my points, everyone is impressed by how clear it is and how easy it is to retrieve data or open tickets. This is probably why the software is a self-starter in our company, and more and more colleagues want access.

In the very regular contact with Sitemark, you can recognize the determination with which the software is developed and the value Sitemark places on good support. They are quick, efficient, quickly recognize the needs you have, and try to implement them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since Sitemark places the highest value on software stability and prefers to check everything multiple times before the release, new integrations unfortunately take longer than hoped.
