**What do you like best about Sitemark?**

I used Sitemark during the construction phase of a PV solar plant project, and the platform made it much easier to visualize progress, identify deviations early, and communicate clearly between stakeholders. I appreciate the continuous improvement of the platform to adapt to our operational needs on-site based on our feedback. Several features and workflows were adjusted to better match construction needs and constraints. The customer service and support team were exceptional, highly available, responsive, and genuinely attentive to our feedback. The platform's continuous improvement helped because features were adapted based on real construction site feedback, making issue tracking, visualization, and reporting more efficient for daily site follow-up. Combined with a highly responsive and attentive support team, this ensured the tool matched our workflows, saved time, and improved coordination on-site.

**What do you dislike about Sitemark?**

Some features could still be simplified for faster use and customization for the project. Some additional features can be added on the mobile application to help on-site users visualize more data. More features can be added to the phase of soil work.

I use Sitemark to visualize project progress, identify deviations early, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. It improves issue tracking, saves time, and enhances coordination with its responsive support and platform adjustments based on feedback.

**What do you like best about Sitemark?**

I appreciate Sitemark's user-friendly interface, which allows our customers to easily navigate and use the thermal reports Sitemark generates. This feature makes it convenient to deliver important information to clients efficiently. Additionally, I really value their exceptional customer support. The team at Sitemark is consistently friendly and ready to assist with any issues that arise, making them a great partner to work with. From a project management perspective, I find the Sitemark portal incredibly easy to navigate. It provides detailed information on project schedules and solar site data, which is crucial for our operations. The smooth setup process of our branded portal, supported by Sitemark's team, has also been a highlight. Overall, the seamless integration of these features into our workflow has vastly improved our efficiency and client satisfaction.

Truley nothing to dislike about Sitemarks product and the support they provide to FlyGuys and our clients.

I use Sitemark to provide detailed thermal reports of solar installations. It has a user-friendly UI, allowing easy client access to important information. The portal simplifies project management with detailed project schedules and site information.

**What do you like best about Sitemark?**

I am very pleased with using Sitemark. It makes the job much easier and more convenient for solar panel inspection operations. Sitemark is very supportive during the operation and answers all questions quickly. I do not feel alone while doing my job. It is very easy and fast to reach Sitemark. We get answers to our questions immediately.

**What do you dislike about Sitemark?**

I think there are two areas where improvement is needed. 1- The report delivery time is too long. It used to be shorter. It used to be delivered quickly. This puts us in a difficult position in front of the customer. 2- It takes too long to upload files. Especially when operations are done in the countryside, the internet becomes a problem. Previously, temporary fast uploading made our job easier.

Sitemark communicates very well to resolve issues quickly. Each field is different. Each field may contain different issues. Sitemark supports us immediately and listens to us.

**What do you like best about Sitemark?**

We used Sitemark to cover drone surveys for a percentage of our solar farm portfolio last year and have given them the full portfolio to fly for us this year, based on last years success. They have been contacted multiple times with many questions and have always come back to me quickly and with as helpful an answer as possible. They have gone above and beyond to assist us with any queries and I'm rally happy to continue using their services. They are good value for money and the drone surveys were delivered in a very timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Sitemark?**

The only issue we've had is the documents we provide not always being lined up correctly with their images so sometimes the string layouts are incorrect, but we have found ways around this

**What do you like best about Sitemark?**

My first experience using Sitemark software was in 2019, for a roof project in Belgium.
After almost 6 years, Sitemark is still an extremely valuable tool that we use for the majority of our solar projects.
Its browser interface make it accessible to any stakeholder needing information about the project.
As a designer, I used it to double-check the exact location of the installation already from the design phase and the possibility to compare the construction site at different timeframes, helps improving the efficiency of any decision making process during construcion.
It can be used together with all main commercial design software, thanks to the flexible import/export function.
And if, for any reason, you cannot find what you are looking for on the platform, the team is always available to provide you ad-hoc solutions to your needs.

**What do you dislike about Sitemark?**

It might take some time at the beginning to familiarize with the interface, but there are plenty of tutorials available and a great customer support to help you setup the right environment for your work.

**What problems is Sitemark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sitemark helps at all stages of a project lifetime, but I think that the best added value is its easiness of use.
It provided a great added value during meeting with stakeholders, making each decision making process more efficient.

**What do you like best about Sitemark?**

Mostly what i appreciate is the follow-up and regular update of the tool depending of customer's request. The ability to share report, platform access with third-party is also usefull. It's really easy to train someone on this platform are it's absolutely intuitiv. Even when i faced some issues or concern the customer support is always prompt to answer and i use the platform for more than 5 years not every day but on regurlar basis as it's very helpful to claim module's manufacturers. What is also great is the ease with which we can integrate a new solar plant in the system and then the implementation which our drone pilot is also easy for him.

**What do you dislike about Sitemark?**

Could be quite long or impossible to integrate third-party application for different valuable reason but from an user perspective it could be sad.

it avoids sending people on site to check something, after the analysis on site you're going straight to the point and also save a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Sitemark?**

Sitemark offers a modern and efficient approach for monitoring construction projects. I particularly appreciate the centralization of data, the integration with Microsoft Project, and the ease of use of the interface. It is a tool that really saves time while providing accuracy.

**What do you dislike about Sitemark?**

It would be interesting to have even more flexibility in customizing reports and renderings, especially to generate tailor-made Word or Excel documents. A small improvement in taking photos directly via mobile or tablet would further simplify fieldwork. That said, these points do not detract from the excellent overall experience I have with Sitemark.

**What problems is Sitemark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sitemark allows for solving key problems in construction project management, notably the tracking of mechanical and electrical progress on sites. One of the most appreciated features by field teams is the ability to start from an AutoCAD plan and directly select a component on the map. This results in significant time savings, better collaboration between teams, and optimization of overall processes.

**What do you like best about Sitemark?**

We’ve collaborated with SiteMark on dozens of commercial and utility-scale solar projects requiring detailed aerial thermography reports. Working with their team on planning, execution, and data analysis has been an outstanding experience. Their responsiveness and customer service are exceptional—they actively problem-solve and adapt to tight deadlines. Plus, their deliverables consistently earn high praise from EPCs, developers, and investors for their clarity and quality. Simply put, SiteMark makes the process seamless, and we can’t imagine working without them.

**What do you dislike about Sitemark?**

Not a whole lot to say here besides the downside of a time difference. With the majority of the SiteMark team based in Belgium, sometimes it’s tough to align meeting during the U.S. workday.

Finding the best way possible to organize and communicate the most critical construction mistakes in a timely manner.

**What do you like best about Sitemark?**

In 2023, we were searching for a digital solution for our thermography inspections and, after extensive market research, we decided on Sitemark. Two years later, I can definitely say it was the right decision!

Even though we primarily acquired the software for condition monitoring in operations, there are now over 70 internal users who use Sitemark daily in various areas, and several subsidiary companies have their own corporate logins. We not only received a complete digital twin but also a software solution that offers a great solution across the entire value chain (project planning, implementation, and operation). New facilities are quickly created, and the reference layers (PDF or CAD file) are integrated in just a few minutes.

Our own maintenance team also uses the Field Link App, which makes it much easier in the back office to track activities in the field. Which technician would make an SAP notification or a report for a few replaced fuses?! Since we started using Sitemark, colleagues can simply mark and comment on it briefly on-site in the app (and they now enjoy doing it!).

Whenever I bring up the software in a technical discussion or a consulting meeting to clarify my points, everyone is impressed by how clear it is and how easy it is to retrieve data or open tickets. This is probably why the software is a self-starter in our company, and more and more colleagues want access.

In the very regular contact with Sitemark, you can recognize the determination with which the software is developed and the value Sitemark places on good support. They are quick, efficient, quickly recognize the needs you have, and try to implement them.

**What do you dislike about Sitemark?**

Since Sitemark places the highest value on software stability and prefers to check everything multiple times before the release, new integrations unfortunately take longer than hoped. But the integrations are coming and are fully integrated into the system and free of bugs.

**What problems is Sitemark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the current increase in PV expansion, we had an urgent need for a digital analysis platform. Sitemark has not only improved the analysis but also our entire maintenance process. We are faster and much more transparent regarding back office and maintenance teams.

We've been using Sitemark services for our customers for the past four years. I absolutely love their solutions, the investment they make in constant improvements and feature additions, and their UI. The platform is very user-friendly.
And ABOVE ALL, their staff provide top-level customer service with fast response time.

I appreciate every single element of our mutual work. One thing to note is that due to the VERY high-quality analysis they provide, the processing time can be long. Do I dislike it? No. Am I willing to wait for their analysis, knowing I get precise results? SURE.

Sitemark offers the best aerial thermography platform in the market. The user friendly platform offers a detailed and comprehensive overview of currently on-going PV panel issues that need to be addressed. The many features allow for easy follow up and resolution in the field. Sitemark's customer support is professional and quick. First time users receive proper training and onboarding so they can easily implement the platform features and inspection results into their workflow. Would recommend to anty solar professional looking to identify issues and to optimize PV yields in assets within their responsibility.

There is honestly nothing to be disliked.

Identifying all issues with PV modules in large scale solar assets. This helps us to address and resolve those issues and optimize PV production in the portfolio that we manage.

For the identification of the material ( modules / trackers) we would require to add our own layer based on our dwg or pdf format drawings.

Intuitive, self-service tool, great possibilities of data filtering, reporting, comparing. Very good customer relations and responsiveness. We've been using Sitemark for a few years now for yearly inspections of PV plants and it works great.

Nothing comes to my mind, all the features needed for my purposes are complete.

The quality of mainenance of the plant is shown in the mangifying glass. It allows local teams to prioritize the corrective actions and report completion.

The best feature is its simplicity. The platform is easy to understand and manage and is a solid foundation for further future AI-based application development.

**What do you dislike about Sitemark?**

I would like that the software allowed you to update thermal data from inverters, string-boxes and other installation actives. Its possible to do so using markings on the digital twin, but I think a more polished solution would help improving the software value.

It allows the client to have a digital twin of his installation, have a maintenance history and filter the devices data.

Complete, scalable and easy of use solution from construction to monitoring of solar farms. Easy integration with different workflows and immediate interface both for technicians and managers. Biggest upside is the team working behind Sitemark, always available to help, support and find the best solution for the client

Could be tricky to to start if you are a new small business because they are offering a minimum package and it is to be used within a year, but I can say that once you are onboard everything pays off.

Sitemark keep investing in new features and technologies and this allows us to deploy services in partnership with the, where each entity is focused in their core business . The platform works very well, provide us with room for customisation and integration with own systems.

Some contractual terms are inflexible and require further negotiations.

Easy to use software and a dedicated team to walk you through the entire process from capture to analyzing your solar panels. We have done multiple projects and the Customers are always satisfied with the deliverables.

Friendly and easy to use interface. Very good treatment and availability of the staff for both commercial and technical issues. Good tickest system for troubleshooting with solar panels .

Slightly long lead times for deliverables with quick pay options

**What do you like best about Sitemark?**

Not knowing anything Sitemark earlier this year, I embarked to work with them as a field services and data acquisition capabiity in the solar farm arena.  What I like best is this team is COMPLETELY available and helpful in performing quality assurance and feedback immediately to me when I am collecting data.  This saves me time and money!

**What do you dislike about Sitemark?**

I wish I could work for 100 different Sitemarks, they are the best customer I have ever had!

Sitemark is providing state-of-the-art drone solutions for the solar market.  Amazing company.

I have been working with Sitemark for 1 year. I observe that there is very rapid progress in the sector regarding Thermal Analysis. Anomaly detection and customer-oriented simple presentation methods are its distinguishing features.

Termal Orthomosaic image is not downloadable.
