**What do you like best about SIP.US?**

The thing that i like the most about SIP is its providing businesses with cost-effective and adaptable internet-based calling solutions, SIP.US is also renowned for its dependable SIP trunking services. Effective and improved verbal interchange skills are facilitated by its clear setup, transparent pricing, and feature-rich alternatives.

**What do you dislike about SIP.US?**

The aspect that I noticed, SIP.US has encompassed occasional name pleasant issues and service reliability concerns. And that I also discover the consumer interface less instinctive.

**What problems is SIP.US solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SIP.US solves conversation-demanding situations for organizations with the aid of way of imparting reliable SIP trunking services.  Due to the availability of flexible and affordable net-based calling, traditional mobile phone system costs are decreased. It is giving the advantage of increased mobility, scalability, and communication performance, which enhances customer relations and operational flexibility to my business.

**What do you like best about SIP.US?**

It provides an automated IVR service for our clients and routes inbound calls to our operators.
The most stable, responsive, and reliable we have found so far.
Ease of integration with the PBX

**What do you dislike about SIP.US?**

Bit high on pricing
having issues on international calls
some time facing glitches with pbx system
Integration with other platforms is bit challenging

**Recommendations to others considering SIP.US:**

The best thing is that the support is not tiered support. on your first call, you get connected with the highest technical level of customer support.
It Gives flexibility with the selection of PBX software. Also the way SIP.US support QoS is simply amazing.
Monitoring traffic is also one the feature that i would give a hats off

**What problems is SIP.US solving and how is that benefiting you?**

problem such as number porting, chopppy, and jitter calls are some that we are solving using SIP.us
codec mismatch issues and dealy in call are some of the problems we are overcoming while using ISP.US
