The invoicing is pretty simple and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Simplifythis?** The exporting and reporting functions for invoicing sucks. The payment integration options are limited and not easy to use. It works for Paypal but most customers do not pay with Paypal. It will be great if it allows payment by email but it doesn't. **Recommendations to others considering Simplifythis:** If your main objective is to integrate bookings with billing, this works great. It's easy to use. Great for small businesses. However, if you want to also integrate payment options, it's very limited. **What problems is Simplifythis solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main issue I want to address is integrating booking and invoicing and it works well at that. Now after I'm done with my clients, I just click and an invoice is sent to them. So that saved me a lot of time. ### 2. Is a very easy to user tool. **What do you dislike about Simplifythis?** The payment integration options are limited and a bit cumbersome. But this has been solved by the customer service bench. **Recommendations to others considering Simplifythis:** This tool is very quick and performs good in invoicing. It has reduced the billing process. There is enough time saved for other things. I would wish to recommend this to anyone who would wish to use it. **What problems is Simplifythis solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using this software to quicken bookings, make our invoices and also to bill our patients. There is easy communication and our department has find it mire flexible ti attend on various issues. ### 3.
