Friendly interface, kind chat experience and everytime I had a question it was very quick and simple to fix. Great results over txt customers also.

I dont really have any problem. But saddly it charges 3 credits if I want to type an emoji. Not a big deal tho

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

The user interface of Simple Texting was very easy to use even for those that are not very computer literate.  You can log in and have your message ready to go in no time at all.  With the ease of use for someone to sign up for the text service we were able to get a large portion of our attendees set up for our texting system in no time at all.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

Pricing was the only reason for us to forgo using the system for an extended period.  Being a church and having many texts to send out it became a little too expensive for our budget so we went another direction with notifications through our app.  If the price had been a little cheaper, we wouldn't have had a problem sticking with the service.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This gave us a simple method to get at the minute announcements out to a large number of people in s a short amount of time.  Before we relied on social media to get out updates and announcements however not everyone is connected to their social media accounts 24/7, but they usually have their mobile device close to them 24/7.

So simple and easy to communicate with clients. So nice to send details that they can see. Clients are able to respond and we can answer at our convenience. We have had to use our personal phones before this program. So easy from our computers.

Clients want to have "conversations" and we are just wanting quick and easy answers!
I don't like having to hit the arrow to save the name when I enter. I forget and have to re-enter.

It is easy to set up and very easy to use. If you are a first time or advance bulk sms texter this is a great simple option with terrific service and segmentation and triggering features.

Im not a fan of the pricing. I also didn't like how my texts came before the photo, instead of photo above.

Very intuitive and easy to use. It delivers on what the name promises—simplicity. The price is also good, and the discounts for nonprofits are great!

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

It would be nice if I had a few more settings with the away message. If I INITIATE a message and someone responds, it sends the away message. That said, the away message is lovely to have, because it gives a quick response even if we'll be an hour or two before we respond.

It gives us a way to make a quick response when someone has a question about our services. We don't use it for marketing exactly, but as a way potential clients can get quick, easy answers to their questions.

Simple to use for verified customer lists. One of the more affordable text programs that allows you to access a large number of clients.

Contact management could be more granular as far as finding & removing old contacts.

We like to contact our customers after purchase to follow up with a guest satisfaction survey. Texting has been very effective.

How easy the User Interface is. I was able to load it up and use it with no problem without extensive training.

sometimes lag on mobile app. Notification will appear but app won't load properly at times.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. The customer service is also phenomenal. I'd expect AI to leave me wanting me or on the personable-solutions front but simpleTexting strikes the right balance of providing a knowledgebase and connecting you with someone who is either a live support agent or who will reply to you via email within 12-18 hours. There are also a lot of integrations that makes me feel secure that new solutions won't outpace my ability to make texting part of various campaigns through multi-channel communications.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

The cost for overages is higher than the competitors that are soliciting my organization. That's really my biggest pet peeve. Something else I desire is an onramp to a CRM suite that I can graduate to.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

The ease of use is unmatched. We use the program for high-volume recruiting, and being able to send messages quickly is essential! We receive more responses and returned contact through texting than email; we've set up templates for our most commonly used messages, and it's helped our efforts immensely! I also can't say enough great things about the customer service. Their chat assistants respond in minutes, provide comprehensive solutions, and are always positive.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

Reports and contact creation through the site are a little clunky. Building a report is hidden behind an unclear series of steps. Contact creation can't be filled in and tabbed through, so while the import feature looks sound it doesn't work well for recruiting needs. Everything has to be manually entered.

**Recommendations to others considering SimpleTexting:**

SimpleText is a great tool to use for recruiting. It's especially handy if you have multiple team members so all of the messages are from the same number and stored in the same place!

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the program for recruiting. We've noticed that many of our potential candidates don't check their voicemails and don't respond to emails very frequently. We've seen great improvement in returned calls and initiated contact through the ability to offer texting to the candidates.

I like that it's very similar to a cellphone but on a computer. I can create contacts and quickly follow up throughout the recruiting process. I enjoy using the basic features, and they make it very easy to use.

Simple texting has bugs that occur when you have multiple people logging in, I'm assuming. Also, as we change the contact names to gear towards what we need, when we send a campaign, it changes everything back to what we had—eliminating all of our work.

It's easy to use! I can message all 95 of my drivers to warn them of extreme weather conditions, wish them a happy holiday or to notify of new company policies in less than 5 mins. As a bonus, you get a "success" rate notice, so you can rest assured your employees received your message!

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

The cost is a little steep, and I wish it let you set a photo for your contact or had a "saved signature", that would help make it look more professional and lower the prices.

Lower the price, make more sizeable packages.

I love how easy it is to create keywords, add contacts and create and schedule campaigns! I also like that our subscribers can text us back with their orders for the week. The new recurring campaign feature is a real time saver!

They have made a lot of improvements in the past year so a lot of the things I have suggested have made the platform much easier to learn and use.

I like that SimpleTexting is affordable and scaleable. As my company grows I can upgrade to more monthly text credits and the costs go down per credit as well.

Since I started using SimpleTexting, it has made it easier to stay in touch with our customers and allows them an easy way to message us for help with ordering products. My team can also be added as users on the same account so they can access all the same features or just the ones I want them to.
