# We're choosing between TrueContext, Poka.io and Dozuki, has anyone actually rolled one of these out across multiple plants and can speak to frontline adoption?

This is a comparison I see a lot, so I dug into multi-plant rollout and frontline-adoption themes for the three you named in my connected worker platform research, plus one lighter alternative worth a look. Quick read on each.

TrueContext: reviewers scale it across branches with multi-license discounts and strong offline field capture, but adoption depends on getting past a UI learning curve, and admins carry real maintenance overhead.

Poka.io: built for multi-plant manufacturers, with reviewers citing 150-plus users at a single site, QR-code instructions, and a skills matrix that drives frontline engagement; getting data out to other systems is the friction point.

Dozuki: reviewers publish standard work across all their facilities and praise the consistent, easy-to-follow guide format for adoption; it is used at multi-plant names like General Mills, with reporting the historical weak spot.

Operations1: a lighter alternative, with reviewers noting quick setup, high acceptance with little training, and offline-capable guidance for multicultural multi-site teams; its base skews to larger DACH manufacturers.

For anyone who has actually deployed one of the three across plants: how did frontline adoption differ site to site, and what drove the difference, the tool or the change management? Real rollout stories welcome.

To awnser the your closing question based on my research, site-to-site variation is usually more about local ownership than the software, which is why the same platform lands well at one plant and stalls at the next. The other thing worth weighing across three otherwise capable tools is how easily data gets back out to your other systems, since that friction shows up later, not in the demo.
