**What do you like best about SimpleCRM?**

No training required. It just makes sense

**What do you dislike about SimpleCRM?**

In making it simple, they stripped out some complex features you might be used to in other crms  (e.g., email history tracking)

**What problems is SimpleCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's way cheaper than pretty much eveyr other CRM I've RFP'd and it's the simplest to use, least complexity, and no setup required.
