The support experience can be helpful and knowledgeable, particularly for setup and technical questions, though users also describe delayed responses and inconsistent service.

What is the experience like for teams switching to OneSpan Sign from another tool?

Switching to OneSpan Sign is often driven by the cost or limitations of another e-signature tool, with DocuSign among the alternatives users name most often; Adobe Acrobat Sign and other e-signature products also come up. Users describe moving for lower costs, easier use, or workflow, security, and compliance needs. The transition can be straightforward, though integrations and more complex configurations may take extra work.

OneSpan Sign offers 31 integrations. Users describe connections that help move signature activity into the business systems where they manage documents and workflows.

  • Communication and collaboration: Outlook and Slack.
  • Custom business workflows: Loan-origination systems and in-house applications connected through APIs or SDKs.
These connections can reduce manual handoffs, bring signing status into existing workflows, and route completed documents back to the systems teams use.

What features or capabilities could make OneSpan Sign even more useful?

The most useful improvements would make document preparation and administration easier, especially for teams handling repeat signing workflows.
  • Simpler templates and field editing: Make templates easier to create, reuse, update, and align without extra coding or repeated manual placement.
  • More flexible workflow options: Add finer control over signer sequences, parallel signing, conditional fields, and multi-party processes.
  • Stronger search and reporting: Improve document search, reporting, and bulk access to signed files.
  • Smoother integrations and administration: Expand connectors and make integration setup and common account-management tasks easier.

Is OneSpan Sign considered safe and secure for handling data?

"OneSpan Sign: White-Label eSignatures with Bank-Grade Security and Powerful APIs"
4/5
What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

Top pros of OneSpan Sign include complete white-label branding for a seamless user experience, bank-grade security with tamper-evident audit trails, rare on-premise or cloud deployment options, and robust APIs for smooth workflow automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

Complex Setup & Learning Curve: Because it leans heavily into enterprise-grade security, the initial configuration, template building, and administrative dashboard can feel overly complex and less intuitive than competitors like DocuSign.

Opaque and Rigid Pricing: Pricing details are rarely transparent upfront, often requiring custom quotes, and users report that contract structures can be inflexible if you need to scale down or adjust user volumes mid-term. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient E-Signatures, with Room to Improve Speed and Usability"
3.5/5
What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

I mainly use OneSpan Sign to review and sign agreements and official paperwork electronically. I like how simple and straightforward it is, and that I can sign from anywhere without printing or scanning. It saves me time and paperwork, makes it easier to get approvals from different people, and lets me track who has signed and who hasn’t. I also like having everything organized and documented in one place, with a record of completed signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

Sometimes I find the signing process a bit slow, especially with multiple documents or several signatories. Some options aren’t always easy to find, and I’d like better notifications and a smoother mobile experience. I also wish the integration with other platforms were more seamless. The basic setup was easy, but getting everyone familiar with OneSpan Sign and setting up the signing process took a little time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Works Great with Laserfiche, Backed by Helpful Documentation and Support"
5/5
What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

It works very well with the integration to Laserfiche. I have set it up for two different customers and recommended it to a third. The support documentation is very helpful and support staff have always been supportive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

There’s room for further development to make the integration with Laserfiche more seamless. For example, it would be helpful to be able to cancel a signing session programmatically from the Laserfiche side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Navigate, Smooth Outlook Integration, and Time-Saving Signed PDFs"
5/5
What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

Easy to access and navigate. It connects smoothly with Outlook and sends notifications reliably. I’ve never had any issues with speed. It also provides signed copies in PDF format, which saves me a lot of time. Overall, I feel like we’re getting our money’s worth. Setting it up was very easy as well; someone from the team booked a video call with us and explained everything clearly. I haven’t used any AI-related features yet, but I’d like an auto-signature option so I don’t have to search for it and drag it into place each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

I don’t dislike anything about it. That said, I’d appreciate more authentication options for situations where someone is traveling out of the country or doesn’t have access to an email address or phone number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, Straightforward Document Sending That Boosts Our Team’s Productivity"
4/5
What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

Our team loves OneSpan because it makes us much more productive. We can customize and send packages to clients in a secure and safe way. Compared with the old, cumbersome process of sending files by direct email or using our company system (which was outdated and clunky) OneSpan is straightforward: you just drag and drop the files, and you’re good to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

A few things that could be better:

- Saving authentication methods (SMS or SSO) so we don't have to type it every time

- Make it easier to delete people from the address book or edit if they have a new email

- Let us add text to a document without needing a corresponding signature on the page

- When we add a personalized message to the OneSpan email; make it more obvious (at the top of the email body) because right now when I type a personalized message, it's at the bottom and people may not even see it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless E-Signatures That Save Time and Money"
4.5/5
What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

I like how easy OneSpan Sign is to use and how quickly I can see which documents have been signed. I can handle customer communication and get signatures digitally, without going back and forth over email. Keeping everything in one place makes the process seamless when I work remotely, and avoiding the back and forth saves me a lot of time. It was more efficient and cost less than DocuSign, and the initial setup was very easy. I love it, and it’s definitely better than DocuSign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive OneSpan APIs with Seamless Embedding and Custom Branding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

OneSpan offers a comprehensive set of APIs that support a range of business needs and can be embedded into your portals or websites, with personalized branding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

Although OneSpan provides various SDKs, it would be even better if they also offered a developer hub where developers can try out the APIs. That would make adoption much easier and smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, Secure, and Easy to Use"
4.5/5
What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

What I like best about OneSpan Sign is how easy and reliable it makes the entire document signing process. The platform is intuitive, secure, and helps streamline workflows by allowing documents to be signed quickly from anywhere. I also appreciate the strong security features and audit trail, which provide confidence that every transaction is protected and compliant. Overall, it has helped save time, reduce paperwork, and create a smoother experience for everyone involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

One area that could be improved is the user interface, as some features can feel a bit dated and take a little time to find, especially for new users. There are also times when setting up more complex workflows or templates requires extra steps. While these are relatively minor issues and don't affect the overall reliability of the platform, a more modern interface and a few usability enhancements would make the experience even better.
