It has been very simple to integrate our platforms with the signature API they provide. They offer a very competitive price per document signed for both simple and advance signature. The way to resolve issues by email is as well quick and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not such a big deal, but we think the renewal service process can improve.
We make the contracts for one year and, when it is near to the end, we negotiate the renovation. If we need some sign credits near the renovation date, we have to calculate precisely how many signs we want, because it's supposed you lose the excedent when the contract is over. Until now, they gave us all the remaining credits to the new contract for free, but we think it's something that should be transparent to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
