**What do you like best about Sign.com?**

We've been using Sign.com for managing our client and vendor contracts, offer letters, and internal approvals. Typically, we send out or sign dozens of documents each week.

The platform is extremely user-friendly, allowing us to get signatures fast and cut down on paperwork. It's very straightforward—there's no complicated onboarding or time-consuming feature setup. Unlike many other solutions we considered, which either had a steep learning curve or came with expensive plans packed with features we didn't need, Sign.com was simple and efficient. I was able to get our first contract signed on the very same day we subscribed.

**What do you dislike about Sign.com?**

Would be great to have filters/refined search, so I could find the signed document faster.

**What problems is Sign.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to quickly get contract signatures from our clients, which allows us to start projects and receive payments without delay. This also makes it easy to begin working with new contractors or employees.
