The reporting is feeding in under the shopify app, if I don't need to leave the website and am use this to find data it's a timesaver and easier to compare spend/view sales on other marketing apps. We have found our sales increased after installing the app and utilising all of the different grids. Recommended for you/similar products etc. It's very easily installed by the team and some other smaller changes are easily done by yourself. **What do you dislike about Shopbox?** I can't say I don't like any features! Initially, we had concerns about features, but as time has passed, Shopbox is developing new and improved developments that have proven extremely beneficial! **What problems is Shopbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** People not finding the initial item they searched for in their size...then they see something similar and purchase instead... Overall people are spending more time on our site! ### 2. We have seen real results in increasing conversions across the board. **What do you dislike about Shopbox?** The only downside is largely down to personal preference when it comes to AI. Some clients feel that it can take away from the look and feel of a homepage and become too product driven. On the flip side many can see it will deliver positive results. **What problems is Shopbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shopbox AI can help retailers to achieve more of that in store experience that you have with a good sales assistant. Using the end users behaviour and preferences, the tool can deliver more targetted selections of products helping the user to find what they are looking for.
