What do you dislike about Validity Engage?

They dropped their self-service package with only 1 month's warning and no migration path except for to upgrade to their (unaffordable) enterprise package. I also didn't even realize they did this because they sent the email from their marketing domain, which I have under my email filters (rich, for an email company!) Do not trust these guys. I appreciate that Litmus allows me to share email content with people who may not have a Litmus license. I also value the feature that lets me highlight specific areas and indicate exactly where I suggest making edits within the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Validity Engage?

This is a minor issue, but I would prefer if a pin or comment could stay attached to the specific item it refers to. For instance, when commenting on an image, if the creator moves that image, the pin currently stays in its original position rather than moving with the image. I’m not sure if it’s technically possible to change this, but it’s a small concern compared to everything else Litmus provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Validity Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Litmus has made collaborating with others incredibly easy. Before we started using Litmus, our team relied on countless emails, which often led to confusion and messages getting crossed. "The Ultimate Email Cleaner!"

What do you like best about Validity Engage?

BriteVerify helps to identify email addresses' that are valid, invalid, and unknown. Filtering for only the valid emails, our deliverability rates for marketing emails has drastically increased. Creating lists of emails to market to, in the past we were far under expected delivery rates. After putting our lists through BriteVerify we were able to get to the 99% delivery threshold. This was huge for us because the only way we market is through email. Being able to grow our deliverability rates from under 90% up to 99% has increased our number of prospects and sales. What do you dislike about Validity Engage?

BriteVerify tool is a very easy to use software. It checks emails quickly and gives clear results like valid, invalid, or risky. I like that the accuracy is high and it helps reduce bounce rates. "Makes QAing Emails so Easy!"

What do you like best about Validity Engage?

Litmus has made my role at work so much easier! It has been a breeze to check emails on all different platforms on one website. I used to have to send emails from the ESP to all different email addresses and check them from my phone, tablet, and desktop. With Litmus, I have saved so much time. I also love the fact that our clients can make corrections directly in the email, letting us know what to change or fix. What do you dislike about Validity Engage?

We sometimes have issues where the code doesn't update the changes, but they are seen in the previews. This can be frustrating when there is a tight turnaround on a deadline, and we have to go back and forth between the two previews to see what hasn't been changed. Litmus is solving the problem of checking the emails to make sure they look great across providers and platforms. Before Litmus, we had to do this manually and it just took forever. "Easy plug and play testing with your defined selection of email clients to test"

What do you like best about Validity Engage?

The length view allows you to view all your email client tests at once and zoom your browser in with full resolution.
