Shibumi’s pricing model uses three key tenants in designing commercial structures that fit client's business needs:
1. Value-aligned pricing: Shibumi's pricing is aligned with the value the customer realizes from the product solution. Value being, the results or business outcomes achieved, the number of projects or initiatives being tracked in the system, and the number of users realizing value from use of the system. Additionally, for advisory firms, we offer a number of credits per advisory firm's practice based on number of client engagements they have in a given period.
2. Simplicity: Shibumi's pricing is always designed to be simple to understand and manage. This means that there are no hidden fees or complex calculations for the customer.
3. Predictability: Shibumi's pricing creates predictability in planning and budgeting for the client investment. This means that the client always knows what their costs will be each year, which helps them to budget accordingly.
In addition to software subscriptions (SaaS ARR), Shibumi clients also pay for professional services. This is usually a set amount per year or per launch based on the scope of work the client needs that may include launch implementation services initially (one-time), premier support, and proactive solution management offerings on a continuous basis as desired. The cost of professional services will vary depending on the scope of the work that the client needs. For one-time implementation services an hourly rate model is used based on estimated scope of work, while for continous solution management and premier support offerings they are more often deliverable and/or subscription based relative to scope and scale of the service.
