Like any portfolio system, it requires some up-front thinking about the business process to ensure you configure what is most valuable to your company. But the ease of configuration makes it easy to constantly iterate and improve, as you gain feedback from users and learn more about what the optimal business processes will look like for your company. Controlling everything from one place.

Making dashboards that are up to date with the latest information.

There's still a lot of bugs that have to be dealt with.

Graphics are not very customizable.

It cant keep a trend of things that are not metrics.

Theres a big language barrier. The design team does not know the main language of the customer company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Shibumi:

Know what you expect from it, explore all features before commiting to certain ones. Make sure your team is making the best of it, that they use it a their primarly tool to keep track of things. The point is to eventually drop using local archives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Shibumi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing a big amount of projects and keeping track of their progress.

What do you like best about Shibumi?

The Shibumi team worked well with us in requirement gathering and realisation. Their platform is incredibly flexible and as we went through developing our solution we understood this more, resulting in a few iterations that elevated our outcome. What do you dislike about Shibumi?

If you don't know your process well you may struggle, so make sure you know what you want - run tabletop simulations if you need to - to make sure that you get the most from your implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Shibumi?

The tool provides users with a great experience in managing their work or opportunities through custom built workflows. It provides organisations with the capability to create applications with a varied use cases. My experience with the tool has been top rated with the capability I have as an application owner and administrator. Users are able to track and manage critical tasks and collaborate through the platform making it a one-stop-shop for your organisations specific requirements.
