Always feels like nobody is able to help. Simple things take weeks to complete and they like to play the blame game. **Recommendations to others considering SherWeb:** If timing and support is not an issue, then go with sherweb. Otherwise there are much better providers out there. **What problems is SherWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just realize how slow they are at sherweb. ### 3. They are quick and patient. **What do you dislike about SherWeb?** Honestly I’ve been very lucky. I’ve never had issues with them. **What problems is SherWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use them for email. It’s great to have the tech help with us not having IT ### 4. Sherweb allows us to be successful under the cloud service provider program. **What do you like best about SherWeb?** Sherweb has knowledgeable account managers and intuitive tools to purchase and manage client licensing. **What do you dislike about SherWeb?** I would like more dashboard capabilities such as totals for retail and wholesale pricing. **Recommendations to others considering SherWeb:** Sherweb is a very good option for Microsoft Partners mainly providing cloud solutions. Sherweb understands the cloud.
