**What do you like best about ServiceLedger?**

Easy to use, help me track all my activites & time in one place

**What do you dislike about ServiceLedger?**

Specifically UI, Modern ui will help a lot one more issue is with calling that isn't easy as well

**What problems is ServiceLedger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are working on updating their toll regurally that helps a lot, their customer support really supportive

**What do you like best about ServiceLedger?**

Honestly, I can't say there's anything I "like best" about this application. I have found it clunky, unintuitive and difficult to use. The integration with other apps (in our case Sage) leaves a LOT to be desired.

**What do you dislike about ServiceLedger?**

The interface is clunky and unintuitive, several functions rely on Crystal Reports (at least in our version), which makes things harder to do than necessary, even printing. The integration with Sage is practically non-existent. Upgrades are pricey.

**What problems is ServiceLedger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We only use it for work orders at this point because everything else we need to do can be done with Sage 50 accounting software. We used to use it for assigning techs to jobs, but no more.
