ServiceBell allows you to get in front of the most ready-to-buy users instantly and easily. Within my first couple of hours of going online with ServiceBell, I closed a customer who was ready to purchase. The usual journey for that prospect would have been to book a demo with our Sales team with an average delay of a day or so. That simple delay could have been the reason to lose this customer as priorities in their business could have shifted, or they have lost interest and found another competitor who was ready to connect. ServiceBell eliminates that problem. **What do you dislike about Rep.ai?** Early stages of using the tool but there's not much, if any. The one con I noticed is that it did have a bit of lag issues when running the video call with a customer, but nothing that is too terrible to complain about. **What problems is Rep.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an Account Executive, your main role is to generate revenue. ServiceBell gives you another channel to do that, and that's what all Sales Teams are looking for.
