The solution gives us insight into the prospects and instant access as they are learning about us. We can address their questions immediately and provide value from the first moment. We have been able to generate additional leads outside of the normal funnel. Our sales team can control the sales messaging and cycle from the first interaction. The only negative is that it doesn't pair with our CRM. But not many solutions do. This is not the fault of ServiceBell, Pipedrive is not well supported Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
