And very collaborative. **What do you dislike about Sercante?** Nothing to dislike - I have had zero issues since day one of engaging with the Sercante team. **Recommendations to others considering Sercante:** Sercante is genuinely a great consultancy to work with. I would have no difficulty in recommending them to others. **What problems is Sercante solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've been working with Sercante for a while now. They have helped us with Pardot (SF MCAE) a lot - both in advising on and helping build assets, and also from a strategic perspective. I think it's fair to say we've been able to teach each other a lot in this process. The team is always enthusiastic, full of energy and very efficient at getting things done. And genuinely feel like part of our team. They make an effort to understand our business, our marketing challenges, and suggest solutions or ideas to meet those challenges. ### 2.
