**What do you like best about Sercante?**

Good technical ability, but also good sound business and marketing understanding. And very collaborative.

**What do you dislike about Sercante?**

Nothing to dislike - I have had zero issues since day one of engaging with the Sercante team.

**Recommendations to others considering Sercante:**

Sercante is genuinely a great consultancy to work with. I would have no difficulty in recommending them to others.

**What problems is Sercante solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been working with Sercante for a while now. They have helped us with Pardot (SF MCAE) a lot - both in advising on and helping build assets, and also from a strategic perspective. I think it's fair to say we've been able to teach each other a lot in this process. The team is always enthusiastic, full of energy and very efficient at getting things done. And genuinely feel like part of our team. They make an effort to understand our business, our marketing challenges, and suggest solutions or ideas to meet those challenges.

**What do you like best about Sercante?**

Sercante has a strategic approach to projects and clear communication, which isn't always the case when working with a third-party team They take time to truly understand how their client’s business operates, which in turn allows them to better understand problems, goals, desired outcomes and software use cases.

**What do you dislike about Sercante?**

In the years we have worked on projects together, we’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the Sercante team.

**Recommendations to others considering Sercante:**

If you are looking for an extension of your internal team, Sercante is an excellent option. They are able to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to translate complex solutions in a way that anyone can understand. Their team is thoughtful in their approach to project management and solution implementation.

**What problems is Sercante solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sercante has been a great partner in helping us navigate the Salesforce ecosystem. As an extension of our own team, they have worked closely with our marketing, DevOps, and Customer Experience teams to help shape and execute strategic goals. Their technical expertise, project management, and overall communication has made various Salesforce product implementations and ongoing improvement projects smooth and successful.

I value the collaborative, professional, and productive relationship focused on delivering outcomes for Simplot.

Historically I wanted to do more with Sercante however was limited to their capabilities.  That has changed now that they have expanded their Salesforce practice and focus on AgentForce and Data Cloud.

Sercante' s professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise make them a valuable partner to work with.

**What problems is Sercante solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accelerating  our Marketing tech stack maturity to drive revenue growth.  Overall, we are leveraging Sercante's expertise to address data integration, customer data utilization, marketing automation, support hours optimization, workshop planning, and case study creation.
