I also appreciate the designer feature that's intuitive, letting me create my own creatives easily. Additionally, setting up Sendvo was very easy, and I don't even need to use any other tools because Sendvo does everything I need. Earlier, doing our mail internally took much longer, but Sendvo has made the process a lot faster. **What do you dislike about Sendvo?** Nothing to complain, excited for the new features **What problems is Sendvo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sendvo is easy to use for mailing to local people with EDDM. I can create my own designs and the designer is intuitive. Choosing routes on the EDDM map is easy, and it saves time compared to our previous manual internal mailing. ### 2. The built-in postcard designer is a great feature for managing a full direct mail campaign to a targeted audience or EDDM routes. They also have advanced features in their 'Operators' plan like deduping addresses and automations, which shows they understand what tools marketers need. I also found the initial setup to be super easy, which was nice. **What do you dislike about Sendvo?** I find Sendvo still new, so it's missing some features and has some kinks with the software, but the team is shipping new things quickly. **What problems is Sendvo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Sendvo for setting up campaigns and finding insights on audience location.
