What do you like best about Sendlane?

Sendlane delivers solid performance balanced with integrations that allow me to connect with the systems we use to manage and maintain our email lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendlane?

Unsubscribers count towards your limit and the process for importing leads is slow and tedious requiring compliance approval, especially with ZOOM. We do frequent ZOOM webinars and because they do not give us the IP address at registration, we are unable to import or use Sendlane for our zoom follow-up messages until they create a ZOOM integration. What do you like best about Sendlane?

It was quick and easy to migrate from our previous vendor. I appreciate that the platform is ecommerce focused and well integrated with Shopify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendlane?

There are some UI elements that could be more intuitive - for instance some things are labeled Unsubscribe but really - I moved users from one list to another via automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sendlane:

I would highly recommend Sendlane to B2C eCommerce marketers working with businesses up to $5M MRR as I think there is excellent functionality to price. There are some enterprise elements that may be lacking for businesses above that size but it’s perfect in its niche. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sendlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are looking to nurture customers from blog subscribers to buyer and then to subscribers. We have seen a 20%+ purchase rate from email which is 15x our other channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Performing 15x better than your other channels is huge and we love to hear it! I also appreciate your feedback on unsubscribes. The semantics from one platform to another often differ, so allow me to help showcase: at Sendlane contacts can be subscribed to multiple lists within an account, and as such, we allow marketers to manage unsubscribes at the list-level. In other words, for your particular use case, updating a contact property within an Automation that removes them from "ABC" list would unsubscribe that user from that specific list. I hope this helps clarify!

What do you like best about Sendlane?

The delivery of email is super important to our business and we hit the primary inbox ALL the time. Meaning that our customers see our emails all the time. Their support is also top notch compared to many other email service providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendlane?

Navigation at first takes some learning and getting use to. However once you get a hold of EVERYTHING they have it’s fairly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sendlane:

If you’re going to shop around SendLane is one of the best compared to other email service providers. One thing I will recommend is taking about an hour to learn the ins and outs since it’s RELATIVELY easy to use once you get the hang of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sendlane?

Sendlane's customer support is one of those rare cases in SAAS where they actually go above and beyond to make sure the clients needs are met. It is a culture thing. The platform is still young and lacks some of the functionalities of bigger companies. Their roadmap includes a lot of changes and we have decided to stick with them because we know once all the changes are implemented, you still have the best team support in email marketing. What do you like best about Sendlane?

I like the multi-variant split test features, revenue/conversion summary snapshot, and the duplicate campaigns in the automation canvas area. What do you like best about Sendlane?

Email Marketing automation by Sendlane has always kept me connected with my audience, it is mobile responsive, flexible and functional. They provide me with 24/7 live chat support, a lot of unique video lessons about modules, tons of case studies and it supports ecommerce in all possible ways. What do you like best about Sendlane?

Honestly I love how the platform is always evolving, in our 14 months there have been so many useful updates to the platform. What I like best is the simplicity, i've used many other platforms and this has saved me a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only things that's a bit clunky is the agency side of things, my session gets timed out frequently and it's clunky getting back in, more steps than I believe are necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
